Pearl Harbor half day tour - Schneider was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire tour was well paced with the Pearl Harbor visit and then a quick but interesting city tour. I recommend it if you want a half day tour and then hit the beach in the afternoon. Said no food included in tour but we got water and snacks! Nice touch.

Aloha! - Good tour. Time was changed from original schedule to an earlier tour. (6:10 am vs 9 am). Unclear directions for meeting spot, then late pickup. Some difficulties understanding driver. Overall, ok experience. I would give them another try.

Avoid aloha sunshine tours and visit Pearl Harbor on your own - Our original 710am pickup was moved to 550am. Our driver arrived 45 minutes late. Two other aloha sunshine buses and taken other families which we later saw at Pearl Harbor. At 7am we were a 10 minute walk from our hotel so could have easily been picked up at the original 710 time and had time to get breakfast. We were then told we didn’t have tickets to Pearl Harbor and would use the standby line. This worked out fine but could have been much better communicated. We should have taken a car service at 730am, done standby, and would have saved $300. Aloha sunshine tours needs better organization and communication.

Terrible - We paid $350 for a family of five to go see the Arizona Memorial. The tour company did not actually secure the tickets so we were told to sign up on wait list and we waited from 9:20 to 11:50 without being chosen to go to the memorial. We were also told we couldn't drive ourselves because we wouldn't be able to get on the base which was a total lie. The memorial is not on a base. We should have been told they didn't secure tickets and given guests an opportunity for our money back. Go to recreation, gov and secure your own ticket for free. Take an uber from Waikiki for about $70 and save a lot.
