Best Tour in town with Shelly! - We loved going around town with the best guide ever, Shelly! She gave us cool tips while visiting town and treated us like family (like the masaladas at Leonard’s) and brought us to the palace, Kamehameha’s statue and the PunchBowl Crater ! Thank you very much for helping us booking our activities in Oahu! Myriam and Kathleen

A somber experience - Once again, we had the pleasure of having Aunty Mary as our tour guide. She is awesome. Gives you good time allowances to see the sites. Waits for your return and offers cold drinks and snacks. Perfect.

Very moving experience - This was a very organized tour. Our driver, Shelly, was very personable and knowledgeable explaining the sites throughout Honolulu. Pickup was on time and we were given very easy to understand instructions at Pearl Harbor. Would recommend this tour.

We laughed with her, we tried delicious food as recommended & we learned about suburbs, history, & toured spots that we returned too just from seeing them on our Aloha tour!!! Much Mahalo as a memorable part of our trip!! We will be sure to book another tour with you when we return to these beautiful islands!

Ticks the box - Our driver Mary was fabulous, funny and informative. The tour operator was great we just found Pearl Harbor a bit dull without human interaction. Everything is very organised and well run, but it's watch a video, read info boards and never any actual people talking about what happened. Compared to other war related memorials around the world we found this one lacked feeling and emotion.

Locked out of bus and negative driver - City tour a joke. - The USS Arizona memorial was wonderful. The bus driver was 75 and very negative talking about politics and herself most of the time. The city tour was dismal and it was a waste of time and money. The bus driver locked her bus keys in the bus and we had to wait in the heat for the owner of the bus to bring keys. I would not recommend. I give it two stars because the memorial was very well done but could be done on your own.

Terrible no tickets when arriving. - We booked this tour on July 3 2024 and the tour was to take place on September 25 2024. When I booked I was very careful to make sure they had all the right details. We were arriving by cruise ship at 9am. And I also booked a luau later that day. Only because we bought wifi on the ship I received an email the day before on the 24th saying they were changing my pickup time to 630am. I emailed them 3 times that day with no response to advise them again we would not be in port till 9am. I did not get a response till the morning of the tour asking if we would be at our new pickup time. Finally talked to someone that said they did not get the later tickets and that was that. How does a company book your tour months in advance take your money and not get the needed tickets? This is unexcusable.
