An easy way to tour Pearl Harbor - Rich was a very helpful and informative tour guide. Good communication throughout the entire booking process, always replying quickly to my emails and questions and sending me texts and calls to confirm pickup at our hotel. We had a group of 11 family members ranging in age from infant to the grandparents and they were very accommodating with pickup, strollers, car seats, etc. We could have driven there but it was nice to get picked up, dropped off at the gate, directions of where to go at the Memorial and when to be at different places for our tour and not to worry about parking. After the Pearl Harbor tour, the drive through Punchbowl National Memorial Cemetery and Iolani Palace was an added bonus!

Personalised heartwarming tour - This tour far exceeded my expectations! Our tour guide Noeleni was wonderful, and made it a very personable experience. If you want a personalised tour which is hassle free, where you will be given a quick run down of the pearl harbour memorial area when you arrive, then you're left to explore for 2 hours, and afterwards a real and honest history of the town and other landmarks then I fully recommend this experience.

Interesting Tour - Great tour. Wonderful guide. Informative. Helpful. Experience was moving. Takes a couple of hours. Do not bring bags or purses .. They will make you check all that in at Pearl Harbor entrance. To a locker with a fee.

A must see! - Pearl Harbour is a must, however I was disappointed in the lack of reverence from the military and the cleanliness of the facility. I don’t recommend taking a tour guide. You can walk up and get tickets and walk through yourself. Make sure you watch the film before you board the boat.

Not a tour for an immersive Pearl harbor experience. - I would not recommend this tour. All it ended up being is a ride to the memorial, and tickets given to us for the ride to the Arizona on the boat- which someone could get for free with enough advanced planning. The round trip to the Arizona itself (including the movie) took about 2 hours, which only left a short amount of time to explore the museums, Mighty Mo, and the Bowfin sub, and Air Museum before the tour wanted to move on to the Punch Bowl grave site and some statue of a Hawaiian king. I think that I could have explored Pearl Harbor for an entire day and not seen everything there was to take in. So, we broke off from the tour and ended up paying a taxi for a ride back to the hotel. For a person who really wants to experience the entirety of Pearl, plan your trip and get free tickets for the excursion to the Arizona, and when you get there purchase tickets to go aboard the Missouri and the Bowfin, and Air Museum, and have plenty of time to visit the free Pre-attack and Attack museums that are there. Even doing it the way we did- we still didn't have enough time to visit the Air Museum. A four-hour tour which includes using time to go to the graveyard and see some unrelated statue just doesn't cut it, especially since it will be a once in a lifetime experience for most!
