Great time - Our driver picked us up on time and was very methodical. Everyone was seated on the van quickly and our driver, finny, gave us all the preliminary info. He took us to Pearl harbor and on the way gave us some interesting facts. After the excursion we were brought back on the van and Finny gave us more interesting info. It was a pleasurable day.

A+ - Randy was a great tour guide-welcoming, kind, informative, reflective, and giving us helpful tips on how to best go through the exhibits in the park. This all added up to a great experience for the whole family.

Reflection on History - We are a Navy family from WW II to Viet Nam. My uncle was a sub Captain (CMH), and my other uncle a fighter pilot (ACE) in WW II. I was concerned about going out to the Memorial, knowing what my family endured, and my husband in Viet Nam for a year, Navy Commendation Medal. The last minute, I decided to go on the boat. It was a somber trip. Viator presented a wonderful, complete tour, especially with the background and set up on what lead up to the war. Our driver, Tony, was knowledgeable, professional, interesting, and kind. All in all a fabulous tour and a lot of reflection!!! Thank you.

They have made a terrible part of history a tourist attraction that has hardly anything to look at - The information was very repetitive and underwhelming. All the rooms with info were not air conditioned and it was stifling hot. Very uncomfortable. Boat ride to see a tiny part of the Arizona and we are there for 5 minutes.

Don’t get scammed! Pearl Harbor is Free! - We had rental cars and never required a service pickup. I thought I was paying for tickets to ride on boat to Arizona. Turns out almost everything is free at the exhibit. We drove to the exhibit, and the company running the tour let me know we didn’t follow the rules and we had to wait for him to bring us tickets, that we did not need at all. My family went through without paying fees for the exhibit. I’d also say they never had my hotel location to pick us up. So they didn’t know where to pick us up. This is definitely a scam!
