Enjoyable experience - Great way to see Pearl Harbor without stressing over tickets, parking or items. We had two seniors and two kids under 3. It would have been a nightmare to get all the tickets in our own. Paul and Shawn were helpful and curious to all of us. Plus side it was a small bus so a small group. Didn’t have to wait for an entire giant bus before moving on.

Friendly and accommodating tour guides and well organized tour - I booked a tour before my trip with another company, but the tour was canceled before I even arrived without any notification! I booked this tour at the hotel actually. The tour guide and driver were very friendly, Paul and Sean. It was very organized and they tell you what time is what activities. The whole experience was great! There was just the right amount of time to go through the museum, the movie, and the submarine museum. Not too long (so no waiting around doing nothing in the hot weather), not too short (so feels rushed). Definitely recommend this tour company.

Not as described and unhealthy - Seeing the Arizona memorial is well worth it. This tour was not. Trip to Pearl Harbor was in a crowded van with no AC and no windows for a 50 minute ride on a hot day. There was no narrated tour. We didn’t see all the places on the list. This would have cost us 1/3 of the money for 3 of us if we just took an Uber. We are very unsatisfied with this trip.
