Great journey from/to Waikiki ... and excellent exhibits/history of the attack on Pearl. - Responsible limo/transport service ... At Pearl, I particularly liked the Aviation Museum on Ford Island.

Would do again - Nice ride. Better than driving ourselves. You see many things while on the trip two and from. Enjoyed it.

Great transportation - Great communication easy to contact has a question and was quick with a response. Was very prompt with pick up times and drop off times

Great Pearl Harbor transportation value! - The driver (I don't remember his name) was on time picking us up at the hotel and Pearl Harbor. This shuttle is a great way to get to Pearl Harbor and not have to purchase an overpriced tour package. And for three of us it was cheaper than an Uber. This shuttle ride in my opinion is a great value. Would definitely use again.

Real simple service. Met... - Real simple service. Met us at our hotel, called out our names. Very simple. Set up a good pick up time.

Highly recommend - Highly recommend. Flexible return time and great communication. Brought the right size vehicle for all 10 of us. Will use again!

Good communication. - Overall we were taken care of. The morning shuttle was replaced by an Uber at no extra cost. There was good communication as to location and times of pickups. Would use them again.

Good customer service - There was some confusion on time and pick up location but they made it right without question and got us to where we needed to be on time.

Unreliable service - Pick up was 10 minutes late in the morning. Given a 4.45 pm pick up time for return trip and advised not to be late as it was the last shuttle. You could not take any shuttle as the advert suggested but had to commit to a time. We arrived early and the shuttle failed to appear. Messaged Viator 15 minutes after the pick up time and shortly after this a cab appeared to pick us up along with another couple who had been kept waiting for an hour in the morning and a girl who was expecting her ride at 2.20, had it rescheduled to 4.45 and then also no shuttle appeared. Seems very unreliable serviice.

Pearl Harbor transportation - They kept changing our pick up time we requested 630, time weeks ago. The night before they changed it to 655, the morning of they changed it to 715 for pearl harbor. We 8 am tour tickets. The person on the phone said oh you'll never make it so had to use uber. So i had to pay double of what viator was charging. They agreed to refund my original money.
