Scary but worth it! - I was initially scared to do this tour & was contemplating doing a shark dive in a cage. I’m very glad I ended up doing the open water one instead! It was crazy to swim so closely with sharks but the safety briefing beforehand had me feeling safe + I had no idea the stats about how few sharks actually attack humans! Our guides taught us all about that & how beneficial sharks are for our oceans. It was pretty amazing being able to swim around with such majestic creatures - & our guide even took videos for us! Once in a lifetime experience!

Amazing !!! - My experience while free diving with the sharks was amazing!!!! I had a huge fear of sharks my whole life, and now all I want to do is safe and protect them. I learned a lot from this and will never forget the time I swam with the sharks! #saveourocean

Life Changing Experience! - One Ocean is an amazing eco friendly group, seeking to conserve, research, raise awareness and restore ocean health by educating about sharks. I have have traveled extensively (20 different countries) and nothing comes close to this life experience being so close to these magnificent creatures. It’s truly beyond words seeing nature in its natural habitat. The oceans should be enjoyed by everyone but we need to ensure we do our part to keep the in pristine shape and to preserve critical marine habitat. Please support eco tourism and when selecting your next adventure, support companies that help to maintain the natural order of our environment. If in Oahu, check out One Ocean, and you’ll have an amazing experience!

Life changing experience. - A must do! This experience is simply amazing! You will get to learn a lot about sharks from amazing staff while you are going out on the boat; they will also explain all the rules and make you feel really comfortable before you get into the water. We were lucky enough to see two tiger sharks in the water in addition to over 20 individuals of other species. This is a life changing experience! Not only for people who are ready to go into the water but also for someone who might not be ready this time and they want to just ride along. My friend went with me but she did not want to go into the water as she was scared and did not know much about sharks, their behavior, threats they are facing or the experience itself. It all changed for her now! Two hours on the boat changed her perspective completely! She knows now so much more than she knew yesterday before the dive! Moreover, she is doing her own research about the sharks now and curious to understand them/their importance more! And if that's not enough, she would like to repeat the experience next time we are in Hawaii together but now she wants to get in the water! I wish more people would dive to learn more about sharks and to protect them from all the threats they are facing. Mahalo!

Swimming with Sharks - Amazing experience, One Ocean Diving is doing a great job educating people about the importance of sharks for the environment. Swimming with sharks and no cage felt amazingly calm and not threatening, but still you are swimming in their environment and you have to be careful and respectful.

A Shark Dream - My boyfriend and I went Freediving with the sharks along with Ocean and Juan. The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. The passion they both share for the ocean and everything in it is clearly apparent. Getting into the water was far from what you would expect, it was peaceful and dream like. The way Juan and Ocean talk about the sharks, as if they're friends, as if they know them, just makes you feel so humble to be there, as if the sharks are welcoming us to be in their home. To get a glimpse of how amazing and important these animals are you have to dive with Ocean and Juan, we will for sure be back again!

An experience to remember for ever - One Ocean Diving gave my friends and I a experience to remember. Juan Sharks and Ocean Ramsey were so cool to hangout with. The knowledge they shared with us was very informative. They are doing good things for sharks. If you are wanting a great experience and want to see sharks. I highly recommend One Ocean Diving.

Overpriced and over crowded - Not quite as special as you would expect it to be. They pack the boats with far too many people so you end up scaring the sharks deeper and only get to see them from a distance. The staff was not very helpful either, they just treaded water while we all just held a rope on the side of the boat and knocked into each other since they oversell the seats. Certainly not worth the high price tag they charge for just shuttling you out to a location. Would suggest they bring smaller groups out to hopefully not scare the sharks.. yes would erode your margins slightly but better than a bad experience...which it is. Go diving instead!
