Star show - my wife and I did a 7.30pm show. There were about 12 people in total. You do need to allow yourself a few minutes to find the place (the staff at the 4 Seasons were able to point us inthe right direction - just ask the valet people). The presenter was very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys the subject matter. We were able to see Saturn and various stars/nebula which was great. It was windy that evening so that created the occasional blurring. We were able to download photos of what we had seen. Would recommend.

Great family oriented experience. - Very interesting and enjoyable experience with guide who was knowledgeable with a very good understandable presentation of the night sky at this latitude. The telescope views were spectacular.

Wonderful views of interesting stars - We met the guide at the roof of the garage of the 4 seasons next to our resort at Aulani. Very easy walk. The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about astronomy. Through his telescope we got to see lots of neat stars, a comet, binary stars, whirlpool galaxy. It was also a full moon and we got incredible up close views. Very nice experience.

Great communication and high quality show expectations - Stars above Hawaii was great at keeping us informed about the tour. Sadly our first tour was canceled due to poor weather. Early in the day, we were contacted via phone and given options to reschedule or refund. We selected reschedule later in the week. Quickly we had new tickets in our email. On day of second attempt, weather appeared favorable. About 2 hours prior some pesky clouds started to form, Stars above Hawaii reached out to see if we could push back the tour for better conditions. Unfortunately, the partly cloudy conditions remained. While you could see some stars that night between the clouds, Stars above Hawaii is a high quality tour for images and ability to see far off galaxies. We appreciated the cancellation to ensure we would get a great show and not just the operator collecting our money. A refund was quickly processed as we were unable to reschedule due to end of our vacation When we return to Oahu- Stars Above Hawaii will be on our list to see the brilliant night sky and learn about the cosmos

Amazing moon and telescope your won't get to use just anywhere! Star laser pointer amazing! - Our first booking needed to be rebooked due to clouds and rain, fortunately we were able to! Turned out to be a spectacular night with the clear sky stars and moon. We would highly recommend this experience for children and adults! Pay attention to your text as the hotel does move the experience to different locations, clearly there were people who didn't and 'got lost' but host did a great job to help them get to there

Amazing views and fun event - We tried to do this show two years ago but weather canceled it. This year we had a beautiful clear night with tons of starts out. However we had gale force winds and it was freezing! They moved the event from the beach lagoon to the top of a building at the Four Seasons. We had a small group brave the elements and our host, Mike, did a great job in spite of the wind. He was a NASA astronomer and very knowledgeable. His passion for the subject was infectious for sure. The views thru the telescope were amazing and he provided us with emailed photos of what we saw thru the scope. I think the show was cut short because of the conditions and I would do the show again on a better weather evening. I agree with other people that based on the number of people they should have more telescopes available for viewing. If you love to look at stars and planets, it was a great experience.

OK not great - The hos was friendly and knowledgeable. It was time consuming and a bit frustrating for 12 people to look through the telescope one by one...... It would have been much better to have a panel display for the the telescope so the host could do much more teaching and we could see more things

Star Gazing - good not great - Host was very knowledgeable and friendly. Telescope was very good, however in a group of 12 people, it took too long for everyone to look through the eyepiece and it detracted from the opportunity to really learn about the Hawaii Stars. A video display where everyone could see during the presentation would allow for a much enhanced experience.

deep disappointment - deep disappointment with the stargazing event hosted by Stars Above Hawaii, despite reading numerous positive reviews about the stargazing experiences, my recent encounter left much to be desired. After a 45-minute drive from Honolulu, fully expecting a memorable evening under the stars. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration upon arrival. Despite arriving promptly at the designated meeting point by the golden elevators at 8:05 pm, no one from the team appeared to escort us to the event location. Only through the kindness of a passing hotel guest were we able to gain access to the 6th floor, around 8:20 pm where to our dismay, we discovered that the event was already underway. It became apparent that we were the only non-hotel guests present, highlighting a glaring lack of organization and disregard for paying customers. Furthermore, the website advertised the event as a one-hour activity, scheduled from 8:15 to end at 9:15 pm. However, the astronomer concluded the session prematurely at 9:00 pm, depriving us of the full experience we paid for. This blatant disregard for the advertised schedule further compounded our disappointment. Additionally, despite assurances in our booking confirmation that we would receive a text message on the day of the event regarding weather conditions and the precise location of the stargazing, no such communication was received. This left us uncertain and forced to take a gamble with the lengthy journey to the event site. Also, the show its self is totally worthless to pay 108$ for two. The astronomer presented the Jupiter, and a few other stars, maybe a total of 4 or 5 stars.
