It was a great memory for me! - We had a delicious meal while watching the hula show. It was a tour where the captain, Stefan, and the crew were kind and the Japanese could participate with peace of mind. I was able to spend the New Year looking at the wonderful scenery.

captain stephen is the best. - I really enjoyed captain stephen giving me a special tour. The view is good, and it's great to enjoy playing and cooking!

Amazing sunset views and fun dinner show - We went to that event twice, when our kid was a toddler and then when she become a teenager. We liked it a lot both times. The services, the food and beverages as well as dinner dance show were all good. It was fun to dance with a lot of people. The sunset views were fantastic.

Best experience - The captain told me a lot and it was a great experience to see the good scenery. I'm glad I had the experience of a lifetime.

Beautiful cruise for all... - Cruise was great, scenic coupled with good food and great entertainment. The weather was perfect and the whole night was enjoyable for all. No forced participation made me happy...lol

Amazing experience a must do - Geraldine our server was amazing. They were very accommodating for our food allergy. The entertainment was wonderful and I appreciated the cultural context. At the end it was so nice to get everyone out there to enjoy themselves dancing. We will def be back and bring the whole family. Captain was so nice. We have seen some performances where it was not traditional but it made us very proud how they shared our culture with everyone

Best time with family - This was the most entertaining and fun experience, very friendly staff and the food was delicious, would do it again , saw the top floor accommodation and will definitely book that dinner next time

Amazing! - Such an amazing experience.. Cpt Stephen came to talk to us, he personalized the experience for each one of us. He’s so knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely do this again!

It was okay. - The views were fabulous. The food was okay. The servers were nice but service was slow. The show was okay. Enjoyed the time celebrating with my daughter but the overall experience was just okay.

DO NOT do this cruise. Seriously... - I never write bad reviews but... *sigh*... this dinner cruise was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I really can't fathom how this is even considered a business and borders on suspicious activity. I want to be very clear that none of this is directed to any one individual or worker. So many elements were just bad. The whole experience felt very cheap, outdated, and, frankly, gross. To begin, the infrastructure and furniture looked to have been built in the 70s, with zero updates (including the carpet and silverware). The room, immediately upon arrival, had a strong and apparent smell of body odor (regardless of the giant windows being open). Second, the food was borderline inedible. I am genuinely curious as to when the last time the health inspector was there and if this is actually up to code (and if so... what code?). It's just so far off of any service I have ever had in my life. The "Sweet Butter Breadsticks" served as an appetizer are literally hot dog buns from any grocery store. The "Imported & Domestic Cheeses", crackers, and fruit was self serve which felt unsanitary. Not to mention, they were, also, straight from the grocery store. The lobster smelled and looked to be straight out of PetSmart (which then added a fish food smell to the already potent scent of BO). The tenderloin was blue and, at that point, we didn't even try dessert. I normally don't care about the alcohol content of my drink but I know many of you do so, there was absolutely no alcohol in either of my two drinks. Lastly, I am going to generalize but, the staff and crew of the whole boat was hard to buy into. I surmise they are very young, inexperienced, and underpaid. I can't articulate exactly what was off but, it just felt sketchy. I don't know who they're paying to write these reviews but, the stark contrast of our expectations vs. this reality was jarring.
