Excellent experience - If you asked me in one word, WOW. If you asked me on a deeper level I would tell you that Alex and Santiago were absolutely fantastic workers who went out of there way to make our experience incredible. Turtles and fish guaranteed! My 70 year old mum was having trouble due to a strong under current (which is rare!) and they kindly gave her a ring to hold on to attached to the boat so she could still get the full experience without floating away. Next time we come to Hawaii, I will definitely do this experience again! Thanks Captain Alex and guide Santiago !!

Absolutely the best! - We originally booked our trip through Trip Advisor, who some how messed it up and cancelled our trip for this and we didn't realize this until a few hours before we were supposed to go. Luckily I was able to call and speak with the owner who apologized about that and was able to get us in still for the day at a later time. He was also great and have us a discount on the rate to ensure it was the same, but actually came out cheaper for us. When we got there Garrett and Christina were our captain and first mate. They made our first experience absolutely amazing and safe for my wife and two kids. Christina did a great job once we were in the water of capturing photos of us as well as showing us around to see some of the turtles. Garrett was great going over the safety briefing as well ensuring everyone knew how to have a good time and be safe. Being I wasn't the biggest fan of the water they ensure you are comfortable and have a great time and experience. We can't thank them all enough for the experience and memories! They are amazing and remember to tip them well to thank them!

Fantastic tour with attention to detail! - Really an amazing tour! I have been snorkelling a few times, but have never had the level of the from the crew (Garrett and Chris) who took time to ensure everyone’s snorkels were defogged and fitting perfectly. We saw turtles, but also dolphins and the jewel in the crown was a surprise Octopus encounter! Loved it

Best private snorkeling experience - Sofia and Devin were the most amazing crew to go out on the water with. This was the best snorkeling experience I’ve ever had. Sofia’s knowledge about the marine life really added color to the dives, and Devin’s expert boatmanship made getting to and from the snorkel spots a blast. They were great with timing and location for the best sights: we saw 10s of turtles, maybe 30 dolphins, and all sorts of fish. The music was great and the vibes were immaculate. 10/10, would definitely book with Captain Max Boat Tours again!

Great time! - Had an amazing time with a smaller group. The boat ride was amazing, we got really lucky with the weather and saw a bunch of dolphins and I think 10 turtles. Sophia and Devon were amazing

Lots of turtles, lots of fish, lots of fun, Snorkel in Oahu - We hopped on the Turtle Canyon Boat Tour, first trip out in the morning. We had six in our group, so it was truly a private excursion. The boat ride from the dock to the canyon rock formation is short, about 15 minutes. We had the boat Capitan and Jordan who was in the water with us the entire time. He was very skilled at keeping our group together, providing information, fun facts, and moving us out of the way of other groups. There was a current and some water motion. Two in our group were not swimmers which was truly not an issue, Jordan was able to manage those new to the water with ease. During our time there were several other tour boats trying to to accomplish the same experience on much bigger boats with 15-30 snorkelers in the water each at a time. I would not suggest that at all! All of their time was spent trying to corral fairly inexperienced snorkelers in a patch of open ocean about half a mile out from shore. On the trip back we were offered water and an assortment of tropical fruits. The only thing I would have done differently is bring a weight to dive underwater as a free-diver. Fun, Friendly, Polite, Experienced - A good time was had by all.

Such a vibe - Garret and the girl (Lisa? ) were really friendly, comforting and giving of a very good vibe. We had much fun, even saw Dolphins and had a lil snack too. Thank you so much guys
