- YOLO Hawaii - Certified or Non-certified two tank boat dive! An opportunity to jump into the world of underwater galaxy and diversity with a two-tank dive! A quick and easy intro what it takes to be a scuba diver. Explore the underwater world. Although this is not a certification course, you’ll learn the essential steps it takes to be a PADI-discovery diver. You will explore the underwater world of a coral reef alongside your expert instructor, cruising in an area known for sea turtles, eels, octopuses, and other fascinating marine life.
Reminder - Don’t dive and fly the same day. Plan early when your schedule permits. Should you require a more personalized attention or bottom time, be sure to call the shop and book a private guide. By Hawaii Law, divers must follow and stay close with the local dive guide during the entire dive tour for all conservation regulations. A trip to Hawaii isn’t complete without delving into the mesmerizing undersea universe that exists just off our coasts. Being Waikiki’s only PADI certified Scuba Diving Center, we offer a comprehensive service for novice divers, in addition to a full range of certification options to meet all your training requirements.
Diving enthusiasts have the opportunity to discover Hawaii’s distinctive and stunning underwater creatures, observing a lively coral reef renowned for its population of sea turtles, eels, octopuses, and various other sea species.
- Beginners will be grouped separately from certified divers in general. Private instructor is available should you prefer to dive with your parties.
- All change and cancellation must be requested 48 hours prior to the trip check-in time.
- Non-certified beginners shall review our medical questionnaire prior to book this tour. The purpose of the review shall ensure ample time in obtaining licensed physician’s consent for diving activities before checkin. Failed medical questionnaire will forfeit all reimbursement if not cancelled within 48 hours. Waikiki Dive Center is a 5-Star PADI IDC, the only dive shop conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki since 1979. Please arrive to the dive shop 15 minutes before the scheduled time to allow check in and to create a personalized gear bag, after trying them on to ensure fitting.

Outstanding Excursion!! - My wife, grandson and I went on this dive today. My wife and I have not dove in over 10 years and my grandson who just turned 18 has never dove. Chris and the team did an outstanding job making this a fun, exciting and safe adventure. I highly recommend this scuba excursion!

Worth It - Perfect adventure for our honeymoon. We saw all kinds of tropical fish, sea urchins, and a sea star. We felt very comfortable and had a blast the entire time. The staff are incredibly kind and patient. Would recommend!

Great for beginners! - Great experience for me and my husband! He’s never dove before so Jim was super helpful with helping him learn the basics on the first dive and then joining the rest of the group for the second dive. Saw my first sea turtle while diving so I’d say a huge success! Josh was amazing in pointing out all the things he saw and being a super awesome guide!

2-tank dive with turtles and dolphins - Two incredible dives with knowledgeable staff and a great boat. Saw lots of turtles, colorful fish and even dolphins.

And experience for life, sailing alongside 50 dolphins - All staff and captain were very kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable in this industry and the Polynesian culture. during the trip we encountered numerous whales, and about 50 dolphins swimming alongside our boat, I need to pray to the island God for this! 100% satisfied

Not for everyone - It's not for everyone. My left ear popped with a sharp pain due to pressure. But still, I've experienced the feeling to be actually underwater 👍👍

Great excursion - Were very helpful and patient especially our dive master Alex. Was a nice basic tour, not to deep not to shallow and saw lots of marine life, the water was so clear and beautiful.

Combo beginner and certified group excursion to horseshoe reef. Much time waiting for them to teach beginners. - If you are certified do not pick the combo beginner/certified excursion. You will end up wasting much of your day waiting for them to teach their class to the beginners. What was supposed to be a couple hour trip ended up being 5 hours for two short dives. Our group of 3 all came up with over 1500 psi left in our tanks on both dives. Very short bottom time. Wouldn’t recommend this for certified divers.

Beginner Nightmare - Careful with this place if you are a new diver. If you make even a single mistake with the form you fill out they will not tell you about it till you are already through orientation, the car ride to the dock, or the briefing.
I put a nasal allergy on the form and that requires a doctors note. Which is all fine well and good, but they didn't check that till I was basically about to ship out.
Unable to dive, no time to reschedule, and they refused refund for a simple mistake.
Also, beginners can't go if conditions are not ideal, so be prepared to be rescheduled. I tried for Friday morning, got rescheduled to Friday afternoon because they were too full. Showed up and went through everything including the orientation video and got rescheduled to Monday morning. Another group on Friday got rescheduled from the previous Monday to the Friday that I was also on and they had to cancel because they flew the next day and had no chances to reschedule.
Final remark. The manager is not a nice lady.
