The best - The service and attention was the best all the employees very good people and very friendly. 10 out of 10

Gorgeous - It was so much fun! The staff was great! It was a beautiful night. Only wish it was a little longer of a ride.

A Must Do - Had a great time on the Ka Kai! The crew was great, the vibes were vibing, and the views were absolutely stunning.

Good experience - Good sunset cruise staff friendly. Recommend taking motion sickness medicine before the cruise . Will recommend it to friend

Must do in Waikiki - They did A great job and the crew was fun and kind. I went solo and so did others! I got to meet some nice people and enjoy a gorgeous sunset on the water. Not to mention a turtle and the rainbow over the Waikiki skyline.

Great crew - Excellent hospitality from the crew! All very charming and welcoming to all. They had ginger ale for those who get nauseous and make sure you are comfortable!

Great time - Great crew . They were very organized. Had it going smoothly onto boat and getting started in a timely manner. Very friendly. It was a lovely time. Beautiful scenery.

Unexpected experience - Maliha and Justin were outstanding! They diligently attended to all the guests, particularly our group of over 30 people. However, Amos was a different story. He nearly spoiled the experience. Despite some guests filling out forms in advance, not all of them were listed on the handwritten manifest he requested us to sign. When we attempted to add the missing names, he responded very rudely, accusing us of messing it up, threatening us, and then leaving abruptly.

Amos is RUDE - Watch out for the guy named AMOS. He is definitely rude and a crybaby who likes to throw tantrums. He was disappointed with the way things were organized. But in actuality, we were supposed to be the ones to be disappointed. They sent us email to sign online before we go to the boat, but we ended up not finding our individual names on the list. So Amos asked us to individually write our names. We are a group of 40. And he threatens that if we mess up his manifest, he will physically kick us out of the boat. Take note owner of this company, someone thinks he owns the company. And he likes to throw tantrums in front of people. It is not great customer service. And you made a mistake in not writing down our names individually on the list. We registered we purchased individually and you did not write our names on the list. We also signed the online waiver that was sent to our email and you did not put our names on the list. The other 2 crew members were kinder and helped us after Amos threw tantrums.

Hit and miss - Amos was very disorganized and disrespectful to our group. Manifest was not complete and our group of more than 30 people were asked to fill in the missing names. What is the purpose of signing up and completing electronic forms in advance if you want the guests to manually fill in the blanks in your manifest? We were even threatened that we would have to disembark and would have to go up again because our group was blamed for the messed up manifest. Maliha and Justin saved the day. The two provided great service. Both took care of the guests. Their service made up for the poor customer service we got from Amos.
