Smooth Sailing - Crew is extremely friendly and hospitable. Enjoyed Mr. Jake the Paparazzi. Boat was clean. Smooth sailing. Great chill music to set the vibe. Open to music requests. Overall, great experience. Youll be able to get all the pics with great views no matter where you are on the boat.

Fireworks Watch - It was nice and chill. I do recommend to hold on to your belongings like phones and cameras because it’s a bumpy ride. A young woman dropped her phone and fell into the ocean on the way over. The staff is nice and friendly.

Great firework cruise! - Great excursion, bring your own bottle, but no one got drunk, or roudy, or annoying. Stable boat. Great captain and crew!

Wonderful - Was an amazing experience captain Nolan was really funny, Sarah showed us a lot of cool sea merchants and different types of fish and fun facts about them, Yuji taught me how to dive and regulate my breathe and pressure in my ears and within 30 minutes I was able to dive 20 ft no problem! Experience was great over all, best time I’ve had at Hawaii so far. Everything was wonderful even the service of the snacks. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH IRUKA HAWAII DOLPHIN AND OAHU BOAT CRUISE - Our group of 5 adults was looking forward to this cruise on April 12, 2024. At the last minute, we were told that the boat had mechanical issues, and we had the option to take the cruise with a "trusted partner company", Oahu Boat Cruise. We were told we would have more time on the water and free drinks. The boat left the dock late at 7:45pm, so we were barely close enough to see the last few minutes of the fireworks in the distance. We were told to sit in the front of the boat, which was poor advice because we kept getting flooded with water from the waves. The staff were more concerned with partying, than ensuring the safety of the passengers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What Fireworks?! - We booked this Fireworks Cruise with Iruka Hawaii. The day before they informed me that due to mechanical issues they would not be sailing but we could go with their “trusted” partner, Oahu Boat Cruises and have extra time on the water and free drinks. We had a hard time finding their office to check in. The boat did not leave the dock until 7:45 so we were far from Waikiki Beach to see or hear the fireworks at 8pm. We returned to the pier at 9. Instead of having extra time, we had less time. And the free drinks? We dumped them out. We were told to sit in the front of the boat not knowing that it could flood. A wave came over and got our backpack wet with our camera inside. Feet got soaked too. If you want to see the fireworks choose a different company.

A trip from hell! - The day before this cruise was to happen the operator contacted me to inform me that they will be unable to sail due to a mechanical maintenance issue. We were given the option to rebook with another company, Oahu Boat Cruises. We were told that this cruise offers 30 minutes extra on the water and a complimentary drink. It was very difficult to find their office to sign in and when we did we were told that we were in the wrong place. It wasn't until we went back that they acknowledged that they were operating the Firework Cruise. We were informed that the music would be loud but at that point we decided to go ahead since we already paid for parking. The operator told us to sit in the front of the boat to be far from the speakers. The pontoon boat did not leave until 7:45. The fireworks were scheduled for 8PM. We were nowhere near Waikiki Beach at 8PM and no one noticed the fireworks until it was halfway over. The music was extremely loud and we did not escape it sitting in the front of the boat. We also did not escape the waves breaking over the front and flooding the first half of the boat. Our feet got wet and more importantly we were not able to move our backpack fast enough to prevent it from getting soaked. We had our cameras in there. The free drinks were awful. We questioned the safety of providing drinks and have people dancing on a small boat while the floor was flooded and it was bouncing in the ocean. The boat operator was frequently distracted with the young ladies. Several times he focused his attention at the back of the boat, watching the parting taking place there. We returned to the dock at 9PM which was 45 minutes less than we were supposed to have on the water. Soon after that evening I sent an email to the original company to express our experience and did not receive a response. A week later I followed up with a phone call and I have yet to hear back from them. Very dissatisfied!
