Snorkeling - I went with my family and it was a blast! So many cool things to see and be around! I’m so glad I went! Our guides were amazing people! Holli, Emmile, Marcus, Phillip and of course Milo! All incredible and such kind people! I highly recommend!

Turtle Snorkeling at its best - Amazing crew kept us close in a crowded area. Two turtles were spotted and thousands of beautiful fish. For those that could not handle the water fish food was provided.

Definitely recommend!! - We were visiting Hawaii from Australia and booked this snorkel tour, it was excellent! Our tour guides were awesome, and very knowledgeable on the marine life in the reef we visited. They took us to the prime spot of ‘turtle reef’, we saw lots of turtles and different species of fish. We were lucky to have incredible weather the day we went out. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Hawaii and looking for a great snorkelling experience!

Fun intro to snorkeling - This was a very relaxed and laid-back trip, but we felt safe and could enjoy ourselves aboard the Lola. I also noticed that the staff went above and beyond to ensure that some other passengers who were not super comfortable swimming could enjoy the experience, which was incredibly nice.

Wonderful Waikīkī snorkeling tour - The crew, Captn. Sundance, Holly, Jake, and Daniel were great and made the experience that much more fun. We saw turtles and swam with so many fish! The only downside side is that it does get a bit crowded but to be expected with a tour. Very worth it though!

A little mediocre, but you’re in Hawaii, so hard to complain too much! - It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. A few main points that might help others decide - - First the good stuff! They did care about safety of guests and the turtles. They did their best to lead us around on a high surf day with not the best visibility (obviously neither of which they had control over). We did get to see a few turtles and a couple kinds of fish. - Now, the mediocre stuff... The area isn’t the best for snorkeling that they took us to. No visibility of reef coral etc and not much variety in the sea life. This could be on me not doing more research on the destination, but it was a little underwhelming for sure. The crew was ok, but the captain kind of seemed like she didn’t much want to be there, pretty standoffish. It kind of felt like a family day out for her since a few local friends and her kids were with us. Which is totally ok, but didn’t honestly feel the most professional experience as a guest. I could also tell there were some people that needed a little more guidance as to procedures on the boat and the crew weren’t super attentive to instructions towards the end. I wouldn’t recommend this to folks who aren’t familiar with snorkeling or would like more guidance. Also, the boat is ok, but nothing exciting. Don’t go for the boat. ;) Overall, not a terrible experience but not one that was super impressive either. No refreshments, etc. Pretty casual, so if that’s your vibe and you go in with relaxed expectations, this may be right up your alley!

If I could give a zero stars - I would. Beyond Unacceptable. - If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We had a snorkeling tour scheduled at Hanauma Bay on 2/19 at 9 AM, with instructions to arrive early at 8:30 AM. At 8 AM, we received a call informing us of a mishap, and our tour was rescheduled to 9:45 AM—no big deal. However, when no one contacted us for pickup at 9:15 AM, we called the agency. Lisa informed us that the pickup was actually at 9:45 AM from the parking lot, but now it had been delayed again to 10:30 AM. She then asked if we wanted to cancel, reschedule for the next day, or wait. We chose to wait. Our family includes a child with special needs, and waiting in the parking lot for two hours in the heat was incredibly difficult. Despite this, we remained patient. But at 10:30 AM, no one showed up. No call, no update—nothing. We called Lisa again, and she assured us that Johnny, the person responsible for taking us snorkeling, was "walking up from the beach to pick us up as we speak." She even described what he was wearing. After waiting another 15 minutes, I walked to the designated meeting point, only to realize that the walk from the beach takes just 4-5 minutes. Calling Lisa back, she again insisted, "Oh yes, he's walking right now." At this point, I was frantically asking every guy in a black shirt if they were Johnny. Finally, one of them responded—it was him. We then headed to the cashier, where Johnny was supposed to pay for our entry and take us down to the beach. And then? He turns to the cashier and says, "I forgot my wallet on the beach." After three hours of waiting, six or seven calls to the office, multiple misleading updates about Johnny’s whereabouts, and zero accountability, he finally arrived—without his wallet. As Johnny slowly walked back to retrieve it, it was already 11:20 AM. By then, my poor daughter had reached her limit. She couldn’t understand why we had been sitting in a parking lot for hours when we had promised her snorkeling. This was beyond unacceptable. I spoke to Lisa again, requesting to escalate the issue, speak to management, and cancel the tour. We lost half a day of our Hawaii experience due to the worst service I’ve ever encountered on these beautiful islands. Lisa assured me that this was just a one-time incident, but I find it hard to believe that someone as unreliable as Johnny simply had a "bad day." Later, I spoke to another agent later and asked if they offered any compensation for customers who were so outrageously mistreated. Her response? The only action they planned to take was "speaking to the personnel", no any other attempts to make things right. Very disappointing.
