One fishy, two fishy, three fishy, FOUR! - My friend and I did this as part of the Go City pass and had a great time. The staff is clearly well-rehearsed in the entire process and it was fun watching them collaboratively work the Lola while being specially cognizant of the neighboring companies out there doing the same thing. They were welcoming enough and really excited to share their love of the ocean. We got to see lots of fish, turtles, and even a rare monk seal! All the staff were very knowledgeable of all the species so don't be afraid to ask (I wasn't hehe). But I ain't gon lie! The best part was when the captain played Hawaiian roller coaster Ride from Lilo & Stitch on the way back in - it made my DAY!

Great family experience 👍🏼👍🏼 - We had a family of seven with an 18 month old and couldn’t be happier with the e experience. The staff was amazing! (Aubrey, Holly, Daniel and Kalani were very understanding, attentive and made us feel safe the entire time. We would definitely do this again!

Tour guides were super fun, chill, and extremely knowledgeable! - We enjoyed our tour so much! I can't remember the names of our captain & guides (1 guy + 2 girls) but they were super fun and chill and extremely knowledgeable! The soundtrack on the boat was super fun to listen to while driving to and back from the snorkeling area. The spot they took us to had a bunch of fish and we even had the awesome luck to spot a few sea turtles!! It was like swimming in an aquarium WITH the fishes and turtles. The snorkel gear was clean, sanitary and in great condition. They even sanitize it right away for the next group. Giving this tour a 12/10 and would definitely recommend to our family/friends that ask which snorkel tour to take in Waikiki!

BEST SNORKEL EVER - Such a great snorkel trip!! The crew was amazing, Johnny was the best snorkel guide I’ve ever had. Saw so many turtles and my friend and I had an amazing time diving around. Mahalo!!

Great experience - Fun crew! This was a great experience! We are considering booking again! When the guides take you to turtle bay, stick with the guides. There are a lot of boats but the guides will take you to different spots in the water. We didn’t know that and stayed by the boat snorkeling. We still say 2 turtles, but the rest of our group say 3 more.

Kindest Snorkeling guides! - That was my very first snorkeling experience. I planned to get just a bit wet and get back on board watching others snorkeling. But John and the blonde angel girl (sorry not remembering her name) didn’t want to leave me behind. She was very kind helping me all the way all the time to the ocean. I’ve had my best snorkeling experience. With my guardian angel at my side, I managed to snorkel calmly and saw lots of fish and a few turtles. They looked after me even when I got back on board. I had never thought that I could one day snorkel in the ocean. That’s a lifetime experience. Thank you very much my guardian angels. May god bless you all.

Oahu Snorkel Trip - The crew members were so much fun, equipment was as good as any we’ve had on snorkel trips, and safety was emphasized. We learned the reef off Oahu is not very pretty and has limited life. We did see turtles 😊 and a few fish. The chaos of the water churning with well over 100 snorkelers from 6 or 7 watercraft made the experience a little stressful. Simply trying to avoid other swimmers was crazy! Again, the staff was first class!

VERY BAD - This snorkeling company was recommended to me by two different white friends, and I was looking forward to it. However, the experience yesterday afternoon was very disappointing. It was evident that our Chinese family was treated differently. They were very friendly to others but had a hostile attitude towards us. As soon as we boarded the boat, we were mocked for not cheering loudly enough. These things were minor issues. When the snorkeling officially started, one staff member led the group to an open sea area, while another staff was idle. I have a fear of deep water and asked if the other male staff member could guide me for a while. He refused, saying he needed to stay on the boat. However, he was actively encouraging another girl who was also scared. No one checked on me the entire time. I had to hold onto a floating board by myself for a while before returning to the boat. Once I was back on the boat, I realized that the spot where everyone was swimming was actually very close to the boat. If someone had guided me for just a few minutes, I would have had a very different experience. I've been traveling in this city for nearly a week, and everything has been wonderful except for this snorkeling experience. It was extremely disappointing.
