Lovely night! - You must do the whole experience ! I wish I could have paid for front seating! Many people walking around and blocking my view ! The dancers were superb!

Worth it! - Thank you all for this amazing experience. My family enjoyed every bit of it. Priority seating is worth the price. Would attend this festivity again in the future. We learned so much about Tahiti, Tonga, Samoa, and the history of the Hawaiian Islands.

Disappointment - We were a family of a dozen people ranging in ages from 3 to 73 years of age. We were all looking forward to the luau - but it fell short of our expectations. The food was good. It was organized well. The show was good. The only thing that we were wondering about was why it started and ended so early. It started at 530pm - I get that we could see the sunset - but it ended at 8pm - and this was a New Year's Eve Luau! No fireworks, nothing at midnight, things started being cleared away by the staff right at 8pm. I guess I read it all wrong - but this was just an ordinary luau that had absolutely nothing to do with New Year's Eve. I spent a lot of money to make this special evening and all we really got was a regular luau that would probably have cost half the price if it was the week or day before.

Watch from the lagoon - Paid full price. That’s a lot of money. Could have comfortably watched from the lagoon and missed nothing performance-wise. Food was plentiful, but not worth the full price. Drink tickets? Really? For that price? I didn’t have to pay full price, but I didn’t want to sit through another 90 min presentation either.

The show was excellent. ... - The show was excellent. Food was mediocre at best. Description of the tour included the ceremonial entrance of the roast pig, which did not happen. Description said that it was a three hour program: it was two. Overall not worth the high cost compared to other experiences.

Not worth it. Check in... - Not worth it. Check in staff were rude. Wait staff was great though. We couldn't see very well. Would be better if they could turn out all the bright yard lights and stop people from standing up to make videos. It was ridiculous

Still Upset 6 Months Later - This was one of the worst and expensive experiences I have ever had. We paid $963 for our family of 5. I had always wanted to go to a luau and always pictured it on the beach. This was on the top floor of a parking garage. Certainly not the ambiance I had expected. There were super sugary cocktails that they gave us when we arrived and we couldn't even drink them. They were so sweet, they couldn't really be considered drinks. The decorations were similar to a church potluck in a fellowship hall. That's really how it felt. Everything was so cheap and tacky. The food was so bad. We went to many very tasty restaurants while in Hawaii, and this was like going to Golden Corral. The only good thing about it was the talented dancers. They were fantastic. I was so let down. I had looked forward to this for over 50 years and it was terrible. I see pictures of my friends at luaus in Hawaii, and this is NOTHING like those.
