Awesome! - The water park was so fun and our driver Joe, was awesome. He gave us history on everything as we drove past, recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails and more. The water park was a blast, the staff was kind and even the food was decent. We will most definitely be back.

inhawaii.com is a good assembled platform thanks it I explored the best waterpark - My friend recommended one site so I visited inhawaii.com, and there found this amazing waterpark tour. So I decided to visit and swim, I do not regret that! It worth everything! I recommend you all

Fun experience - Very convenient to have transportation to and from water park. Driver was very nice, friendly and made sure to be on time. Spent at water park about 3 hours, transportation waited for us at 2:45. Which was perfect timing to get changed before rush before closure.

We had a blast !! The... - We had a blast !! The kids and us adults had the most fun ever!! We were able to get on all the rides that were open. The only downside is that when you choose transportation they select the time frame of when you arrive and get picked up. I believe we inky had about 3 hours total which wasn't terribly bad but if the lines are long you might not be able to ride all of the rides.

Easy process - Booked tickets here for Wet n Wild to save a bit of money. Process was very easy, avoided queues and money was saved. Would recommend to others. Thanks!

Great transport - This is a great tour if you want to visit Wet’n’Wild and do not have your own transport. We only had three groups on our tour so didn’t waste time having to pickup/drop off everyone at the start and end of the day. The tour allows you to enter the park between 12-2:30pm. We found this to be enough time as Wet’n’Wild Hawaii isn’t very big. The park was very quiet the day we went, but unfortunately this meant that not all slides were open and others were on rotation. So 2.5 hours was more than enough time.

Quick 2.5 hours at the park but worth it. - Booked this with my family and the kids loved the slides and the water park. I think more than 2.5 - 3 hours is more than enough there.

Waste of money - Not worth. To visit. Spent $300 plus for this tour, not much to see. They only had 3 slides and 1 small wave pool. But the positive side is that the driver is friendly

Avoid this service - very poor - The water park is great but you can easily book you own tour. Malama - the transport provider - was extremely disappointing. They were late initially (apparently according to a car breakdown) but I had to call to find that out. Then the replacement car took some time and was waiting around the corner from the stated pick up location (and the driver didn't bother to call).
The pick up was worse. We were told it had to be at 3pm because the driver had another job at 345 (we assumed back in Waikiki etc). But instead we then drove to the marina and waited 45 minutes to pick up another group from a cruise. This has not been disclosed to us before the trip. It was unclear why we had to meet at 3pm given this major delay.
I would not recommend this service. Buy the tickets yourself and get an Uber - much easier and probably cheaper.

Just take an Uber instead - The Waterpark was heaps of fun, I can imagine lines get long when it's busy but it was a nice relaxed vibe the day we went. But you will get better service and value if you just buy the Waterpark tickets yourself and catch an Uber. Our pick up was late - ostensibly due to a breakdown, but no one bothered to call to let us know so we had to call the tour company and be put on hold for ages waiting to find out if they were coming. We ended up waiting a whole hour before we were picked up. Then we agreed a pick up time with the driver thinking we were heading straight back to Waikiki, but it turned out we had a 20 minute detour and then a 30 minute wait in a carpark (with tired, hungry, bored kids) to pick up another group. No one had told us to expect that and we had to change our afternoon plans because of the delay. An Uber would be cheaper and better service.
