When coming off Steamship Authority Boat that lands at the Oak Bluffs wharf, we will be located across the street from the ticket office at the end of the ramp... you will see a blue bus with HomeGrown Tours logo on the side. When arriving to the Vineyard by way of the Island Queen: At the end of the ramp continue straight ahead up the hill til you arrive at the Steamship Authority (about a 5 minute walk) we will be parked across from the ticket office. You will see a blue bus with HomeGrown Tours logo on the side. When arriving to the Vineyard by way of Hy-Line from Hyannis: At the end of the ramp bear right to walk into town. At the center of town will be an information booth. Look to your left (towards the water) and you will see a very large flag, that is the Steamship Authority and Police Station. That is where we are parked. We are across the street from the ticket office. You will see a blue bus with HomeGrown Tours logo on the side. When arriving to the Vineyard by way of Steamship Authority that has landed in Vineyard Haven: You will need to get on the Vineyard Transit Authority and take the bus to Oak Bluffs and get off at the Ocean Park stop. Girls Trip - Stan the man is an EXCELLENT tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and personable! (Even though he’s a Jets fan). GO BILLS!! There were 5 ladies in our group on a girls trip. Stan gave us a lot of useful information on what to do and see while we were there. Best tour on the island!!

A day on Martha’s Vineyard. 70th birthday trip. - The local stories from our tour guide gave us an idea about life on MV. Our group was small and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable.

The Best of Martha’s Vineyard - Dolores is the ultimate Martha’s Vineyard Guide. Her 40 years on the island and willingness to show all the island is second to none. I can’t think of a better way to see the island than with Dolores.

Great time with Stan. - Stan the Man was our tour host and he was everything you could ask in a host! He had all the great stories and was very charismatic. The three hour tour was just a good amount but 3.5 or 4 would be better.

Interesting guide great stops, but better equipment needed - We really enjoyed the guides commentary although the bus we were on had a PA system that was not working well and the windows were almost too dirty to get any good photos. The stops at the fishing village and the stone oven bakery run by an indigenous woman or our favorites, the island is quite large and a lot of the driving was so fast passed things that we really couldn’t enjoy those as much as we had hoped to

Had a great time - Sue was our driver and it was a really nice trip. She has lived on the Island for the last 20 years and is very knowledgeable about the area. We only had 2 stops for 15 minutes each so not a lot of time to explore but you only have 3 hours so there isn't much wiggle room for exploring. We really enjoyed our trip and the knowledge Sue shared with us.

Ok tour - Driver ok. Tour wasn't what we expected. Not enough time allowed at the cliffs. Which was the only thing worth seeing. You can forego the stops at the farm and lady who baked things from brick oven-waste of time. Website said we would get water and a snack which we did not.
