Blast! - This was our first time whitewater rafting our guide Tommy was great! He made sure we were all safe as well as making everything “funzies” it was a blast!!

Friendly River Fun - Wanted to take a weekend trip with my best friend through Virginia and West Virginia. We decided to do the white water rafting on New River through ACE. The experience was incredibly fun, the guides were incredibly friendly and personable, and everything was orderly and fun! The River was clean, refreshing, and had plenty of fun drop-offs that splashed you and made it more adventurous. Will be doing the Gauley River rafting in the fall with them since this was so amazing!

Do it! Just do it! - **Whitewater Rafting Review** Check off my bucket list! This adventure was AMAZING!!! There were four of us, and we had a blast! It was everything and a bag of chips! **Guide:** Our guide Tug was the best! He narrated the trip and shared fascinating historical stories as we navigated the river. If you need an expert river guide, Tug is your man! **Experience:** We did the half-day New River ride, which lasted about 4 hours. We tackled the big rapids and even got to swim twice! The scenery was stunning and made the experience even more special. **Instructions:** Ask for Chicken Head for instructions. He was hilarious and added to the fun! **Overall:** We will definitely go back and try the next step up, but only if we have Tug!

Fun rafting experience - Good staff and trip structure. Pre-arrival information can be more robust with more information on do’s and don’t plus amenities at the facility would be more helpful.

Great time! - We had a terrific time. The guide was fun, professional, and it made for a great family experience. Not huge water in July, but plenty of water for most of us - will have to go back to the Gauley in fall to satisfy one of us.

Family rafting trip - With limited/no rafting experience in our group this was an excellent trip. The guides were very knowledgeable and talked us through everything. The rapids weren’t ‘scary’ enough for my thrill seeking teenager but our guide shared other excursions they run that would fit that bill, meaning we’re looking at making a return trip. If/when we do I would definitely go back out on the water with Ace!

Great way to whitewater raft for beginners! - I was extremely nervous about rafting, as I had never done it before, but was told that this was the best way to experience the National Park. I am very grateful that I booked this experience! My fiancé and I had a great experience, and our guide, Scotty O, did a great job of making sure everyone had a great time. It was clear that he was experienced and wanted to make sure we got the best experience. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone else visiting the National Park.

Ace worth the experience! - First time rafting her in 25 years, and first with Ace. Great experience from the start, nice drive to the resort and plenty to do once you reach the compound. Matt was are guide, totally chill dude. Talked and explained everything the whole trip. We felt very safe and had a good time. Local guy real honest about dining and locations he enjoys. Pleasant adventure, next time we will do the whole day! Thanks a bunch!
