Wet, yes, but delightful! - I had a friend visiting from overseas and so wanted to take in the Falls! We went early in the month, on the only cool, rainy day of the entire holiday. Of course! One man on the tour said, as we approached Niagara: “Look, the Falls are coming to meet us!” That helped set a positive tone, and our driver/guide, Shahz, did everything in his power to make the day a wonderful, (if wet) experience. Shahz was charming, courteous, professional, and attentive. He was wonderful! It was a memorable day, for sure. The tour provided us ample opportunities for viewing the Falls from various locations. I’m glad we went, even in the rain!

Great Niagara Falls Tour! - Easy to book tour. Driver/tour guide arrived early to pick group. Harun was pleasant and knowledgeable about sights and sounds leading to, and in Niagara. Vehicle was very comfortable. Great experience!

Amazing time! - We had an a amazing time despite the dreadful weather. The wine tour was a amazing however I wish we had more time at the casino and the surrounding areas. The present at the end was also a pleasant surprise.

Great tour - I did this is tour with my family & it was so much fun. Even though it was raining and cold we had so much fun. Our tour guide was wonderful!!! He was friendly and easy to talk to. He didn't make us feel rush. It was great I wish I wrote his name down because i want other people to have him also.

Disappointment missing the boat at Niagara because of shortage of time allowed - I booked this tour (July 24, 2024) because of the positive experiences I had with Viator last year in Azores and Lisbon, however I was disappointed with this tour. I did expect the tour guide to give some history or talk on Niagara Falls prior to getting there. We had booked the boat ride as well as lunch at Niagara. Upon arrival, the tour guide, who had 3 groups on this particular tour, took those that had just booked the boat ride to go with him, while we, who had also booked lunch, was told to to stay back. When he returned, he realized he had the boat tickets for us, and had mixed up some of the children's tickets with some of the people that had gone with him to take the boat. He sorted out the boat tickets then took us to the restaurant, and told us to meet him back at 4.30pm, leaving only 2 hours to have lunch and the boat ride. When booking this tour, the write up stated that we would arrive back to Toronto at 9pm, so I expected more than just 2 hours at Niagara. By the time we ate lunch, and went down to the boat, we were told that we would not be back before the 4.30pm meeting time, so we were not able to take the boat ride. This was very disappointing- after all this would have been the highlight of the trip - rather than the lunch, which, frankly I do not think gave value for money. I think we should be refunded for these 10 tickets for the boat ride, as we did not get to do this. For future, the tour guide needs to offer the boat ride prior to the lunch, which would be much better, and increase the time at Niagara to at least 3 hours. We arrived back at the hotel around 6pm - much earlier than the 9pm stated - so I fell shorted, and felt that the tour guide was not organized. This was not the great experience we had with Viator in the Azores and Lisbon

BAIT AND SWITCH - Avoid this tour company. We purchased the full tour, including a Sheraton Fallsview restaurant buffet lunch for an additional $106.00 per person and were taken to the Secret Garden Restaurant for our meal (which was adequate but not worth $106.00). when we returned home from our holiday, I sent a note about this to the operator and was told that they do not offer Sheraton lunches and we were aware of this when we booked. On their website today, it still lists the Sheraton Fallsview buffet lunch. There is no mention of the Secret Garden Restaurant (which is where we were taken for lunch). This is a classic bait and switch scheme. BE AWARE
