Thank you for the wonderful experience creating a woodcut print with Fabiola. She is a very talented (and patient!) instructor. It was fun and exciting to see the finished work. I now have a much deeper appreciation for this beautiful art form with my very own print as a memory of my time in Oaxaca.

The instructor was very good and took us from the beginnings of woodcarving to creating our own woodcarving and prints. We were not rushed and given assistance when needed.

This was so much fun! Our teacher was very helpful and patient, the location was lovely, and it was a wonderful way to spend a morning in Oaxaca! Plus we have special souvenirs to remember our trip. Yea k you!

Overall, this was a very enjoyable workshop. I would've loved, before getting into the print street techniques and actual printmaking, to learn more about EtnoFoods as an org, how print graphics have historically been utilized by Oaxacan artists (e.g. for political and resistance messaging), etc.
