We’ll kick off our excursion with a visit to the magnificent Tule Tree, an age-old ahuehuete that’s survived for more than 2000 years.

Don’t miss out on the town of Mitla, from Tuesday to Sunday, a significant location in Oaxaca state, renowned for its archaeological remnants of Mitla.

We move on to Hierve el Agua, situated amidst a rugged mountain range, known for its unique aridity during the dry season. However, its natural charm isn’t the only appeal of this destination.

Following that, we will visit the Teotitlán del Valle, a community rich in handicraft, where residents create intricate wool rugs using a pedal loom. We’ll get to see a craftsman illustrate their process of deriving various colors from natural sources like cochineal and indigo.

As part of our journey, we’ll also make a 1-hour stop at a mezcal distillery to learn about its traditional brewing process and partake in a tasting of this signature Oaxacan beverage.
