On the tour, go directly to Hierve el Agua as the only stop. We stayed in the place for 3 hours to have enough time to enjoy the natural wonders of Hierve el Agua without rushing. Learn about the history of Hierve el Agua, which is a set of petrified waterfalls that are distinguished by their white color and the more than 200 meters high that make them up. It is located in the Sierra Mixe of Oaxaca, in the town of San Isidro Roaguía in the municipality of San Lorenzo Albarradas, 70 kilometers from the capital.

Gets the job done - This is just transport to the site and entrance tickets. You are left to your own devices at the Hierve el Agua for three hours. Personally, two hours is more than enough unless you intend to go for a long hike. We were collected from the Quinta Real Hotel in a comfortable air-conditioned van. The journey is quite long at 1:30 hours.

Good experience without multiple stops - We booked the night before without issue. The tour group was communicative almost immediately. I recommend this tour if you want a worry free family trip to Hierve el Agua
