Great experience! - I highly recommend this half day tour! Hierve el agua is really beautiful and unique, and there were many stunning views during the hike down and back up. There were also several beautiful pools to swim in after the hike, and the surrounding mountain views were amazing. Our tour guide Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he provided a perfect outing for the small group of 6 people on the tour. After arriving at Hierve el agua, we were joined by a local guide who accompanied us during the hike and provided great information about the area. Before leaving, Paul took us to a small restaurant and ordered lunch for us. The food was really delicious and very inexpensive, and it was a great end to a fun morning. The 7:30 am pick up time was a bit early but it was worth it because we had the area to ourselves. Larger tour groups were arriving towards the end of our visit and I was so happy that I had taken Paul's tour! This is a great tour for anyone who likes hiking and being out in nature. As a warning, there are several steep sections of stairs but the hike is relatively short (in distance) so it is manageable.

It's a great tour for... - It's a great tour for those who want to visit Hierve el Agua in a small group, which makes the whole experience very pleasant. I spent a really nice half day, the trip was very confortable with enough time to explore the sourroundings and swim in the pools. Paul is a very friendly and helpful tour guide. He took very well care of every single one of us.
