Great Tour. Would definitely recommend! - Hugo was an amazing tour guide. He was able to share his vast knowledge about the history of Monte Alban with our group. We also enjoyed learning about some of the areas famous handicrafts. I had a great time and as a solo traveler I feel like I was able to make some new friends.

Phenomenal!! - Trip to Monte Alban, included stops at a historic church ruin, and a traditional food. While each stop was excellent in itself, the tour guide made this a wonderful experience. He is both knowledgeable and passionate about Oaxaca history and answered our endless question with enthusiasm.

I would not recommend this tour. - Positives: the tours were good. Negatives: we were wrongfully charged for Monte Albán and for mezcal tasting. We were unable to tour the Convento de Cuilapam.

Take a cab - Expensive. Booked the English trip. While the guide was sweet enough, she really wasn't able to translate. There was more driving than touring. We should have simply taken a taxi to Mount Alban and hired a guide there. The other stops were really just large stores. Disappointing.

Not picked up - We were not collected from agreed meeting spot and our money was not even partially refunded. I feel that this was partly because we booked through trip advisor and there was a third party involved in all communications. I will never book another tour through trip advisor. By the way you can easily get to Monte Alban without a tour and have a much easier experience!
