• Parque Juarez El Llano - Finally, we would go to a taco stall. Tacos de tasajo are beef tacos with a variety of toppings such as onion, cilantro, and lemon. These tacos are very popular in Oaxaca and are one of the most sought after street foods.
• Barrio de Jalatlaco - After trying the tlayudas, we would head to another food stall to taste the garnachas. Garnachas are a kind of fried toast, covered with shredded pork, lettuce, cheese and sauce. This combination of ingredients gives Garnachas an incredibly rich and flavorful flavor.
