Must Do For Chocolate Lovers - The Cocoa Chocolate Experience was amazing. We were educated on the different varieties of Cocoa, traditional vs commercial processes, its sustainable growth and some of the history. We learned why some chocolates are bitter and why some are more sweet. We even got to taste varieties of different hot chocolate including a special chocolate desert at the end. Would definitely recommend!

Outstandingly good vibes. - This class was fantastic for our family (including 2 thirteen year olds)! Azomalli was a wonderful, engaging teacher. Her passion and knowledge for chocolate and Oaxaca was infectious. Incredibly peaceful vibes throughout the whole experience and left feeling like we had a new friend. Would recommend to anyone, it was quite an experience.

Wonderful - highly recommend for chocolate lovers who also love learning! - I would recommend this experience to anyone. It was fantastic, and our whole family enjoyed it. We learned so much about chocolate and how different cacao varieties are prepared, and we got to try our hands at making chocolate. The founder is kind and taught us so much. Not to mention... it was so delicious!

Chocolate Fun - Our host, Ruth, was so knowledgeable about the history and cultural significance of cacao in the region. I brought my 5 year old daughter along. Our host was so kind and patient with her. We had so much fun tasting cacao and making chocolate! The next morning she begged me to take her back to the “chocolate class.” A core memory for sure.
