Food Lover’s Dream - Our street food tour with Sarah was a food lover’s heaven! From the moment she greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, we knew we were in good hands. Sarah was organized, knowledgeable, and created an amazing experience. Can’t stress this enough, come hungry! We covered four markets and a wonderful variety of local fare. This is a tour not to miss! Sarah is an A plus guide.

Wonderful, knowledgeable guide - Our guide, Sarah, took us to markets explaining and showing us new to us foods. She took time to explain the meaning of the murals at the markets too. I'm a vegetarian, and she made sure that I had a good food experience and asked if I would be comfortable around the meat markets and those eating meat.

Great introduction to the local markets, and fantastic food! - Our guide Sarah was very knowledgeable about local food and culture, of which she was clearly very proud. She was attentive and accommodating to all of us, and a pleasure to share part of our day with. We went back to one of the markets the next day, much more confident in our ability to shop there. I highly recommend her tour.

Fun, delicious and educational - We had a really fun morning and afternoon! We went to three different markets and tasted lots of different ingredients and dishes. A really nice way to learn about Oaxacan cuisine. Would definitely recommend it!

Best walking tour in Oaxaca - We had an amazing tour with Sara! This walking tour was exactly what we needed for our first day in Oaxaca. We were able to see the city, learn about the culture and history, try amazing foods, and go to all the amazing markets with Sara leading us. We tried such delicious food and there was so much detail and attention to some of our friend’s dietary restrictions. We wouldn’t have had such a good idea of the foods and city without the tour.
Sara also helped recommend restaurants and places to see the Dia de los Muertos celebrations. She was also accessible before and after the tour so easily.
I really cannot recommend this tour enough. It was really the best way to see Oaxaca! Thank you Sara! ¡Muchas gracias!

Best Oaxaca food exploration I could have imagined - It was such a nice experience - it was my first food tour and I was worried I would totally over eat and while I definitely tried an amazing amount of things everything was really well planned. I loved it and got to places I would not have seen alone...so I highly recommend the tour, also for vegetarians!

Best food tour ever! - As someone who travels to eat, I absolutely loved this food tour with Sara. It was my first time in Oaxaca and this tour was amazing. She brought us to so many stops and it was more than just a bite of food- so make sure you pace yourself and come hungry. the food was incredible- I still think about it. Try everything! I didn't really expect to simultaneously get a walking tour of downtown Oaxaca too! We learned so much. I believe that everywhere she took us was locally owned as well so that was really cool too! Highly recommend!

One if the highlights in Oaxaca - Sara is a very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly person. She is such a great guide and very easy to talk to. Joining this tour is just like hanging out with a local friend. She has a passion for Oaxacan food and culture, and she can provide you with a lot of information and history about those. The food was delicious and some of it you wouldn't have found by yourself.
I very enjoyed the tour and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Magical Oaxaca - We had the most incredible day with Sara, who was knowledgable and friendly. This was much more than just a food tour, it was an amazing opportunity to appreciate the the amazing culture of Oaxaca alongside tasting the beautiful dishes of the city. Sara was a wonderful host, who was interesting, engaging and a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend!
