Having a tour guide for first visit to such a large market is probably a good idea. Given that the tour really only encompasses that market, the meeting place for the tour is not at all convenient. We got to try a lot of great food and got to see an amazing market, but perhaps there could be a bit more information on the history of Oaxaca cuisine, how the food we saw was grown, etc.
