Welcoming, fun, entertaining and delicious - Chef Adhey and her husband Enrique were brilliant hosts - warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and entertaining! We cooked a selection of traditional Oaxacan dishes and salsas using delicious, fresh ingredients. Chef Adhey used a step-by-step approach to ensure that even the least confident cook could master the dishes, and there were optional extra challenges for those who wanted to do a bit more. The final dishes were well worth the wait and the effort. We attended the course as a family and all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

A great Oaxacan experience - Absolutely excellent experience here, chef adhey and her husband (Mr Patron) made the evening very special as they were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic about the cooking. Learnt lots of Mexican tips and tricks about cooking and had great fun with the rest of the visitors. Made all the better with lots of mezcal. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Oaxaca.

Super fun - The best cooking class in the world! 🏆First, we learned a lot about Oaxacan cuisine and culture and the food was delicious 🤤, but second, and as important as the first, we couldn’t stop laughing! The overall experience was amazing, we ate, drank, danced, laughed and shared stories🥹🌸 If you are looking for an Oaxacan cooking class and you find my comment, let it be your signal to book this experience, you will not regret it 🤩

Warm family cooking experience - This is truly a family experience. You will learn about some Oaxacan traditions of hospitality. You will never experience chile rellenos the same way after you learn to cook them here. The other travelers had just as much fun. A great experience in Oaxaca.

Wow. 100% amazing experience!! - Wow. Just wow. My wife and I are total foodies and we were SO impressed in every way. We do food tours and cooking classes every country we visit and this was by far the BEST. First, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of laughter and great stories. Second, the food and use of ingredients was spectacular with some amazing and unexpected twists of flavors, spices, and combinations. Third, the entire class was all about human connection through food and community. We could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Adhey and Enrique for a wonderful time!!
