Great experience! - What a lovely evening! Adhey and her family were so kind and funny, and Adhey is a very patient and warm person. Thanks to her the whole group had fun together. Even though we were 12 persons everyone got to be part of the cooking, so it really felt that we made our dinner together. And the food was delicious!! We really recommend this class!

Fabulous Cooking Experience - Had an amazing time cooking with friends! The hosts, a lovely couple, made the experience so fun and welcoming. We kicked things off by wearing these cute aprons, which added a fun touch. The food was absolutely delicious—especially the chili rellenos, which were a hit. Lots of laughs, and it was clear the hosts were skilled in the kitchen. A perfect blend of great company, tasty food, and memorable moments! Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to have a great time while learning some cooking skills.

Learning how to cook Oaxacan food with a lot of fun - Wow! What an amazing experience. I think we were also really lucky with the group! We met great people while drinking and cooking. We felt really welcomed by the couple. They were funny, but also really good as chefs and explaining how to make the food and where it is coming from. I learned a lot. The class was definitely one of the highlights of our holidays!

A great afternoon with food, beer and the friendliest of people! - Took my mid-20s daughters and we could not fault anything. Chef Adhey and her husband were so welcoming and communicative, right from arranging our pick up and throughout the entire day. It’s a fully hands on experience finishing with the group sitting down to enjoy the food we had prepared (recipes received via pdf at the end of the day). It was a great afternoon and we’d highly recommend this experience.

Traditional Oaxacan cooking - From start to finish this is a great experience. Communication ahead of time was through WhatsApp and was clear and reassuring. Chef Adhey’s husband Enrique picked us up as expected and drove us to their amazing kitchen where we learned about Oaxacan hospitality, traditions, and ingredients. We cut, chopped, crushed, mashed, roasted and fried, and ended up so full we could not eat it all. We even enjoyed the pineapple mango, a fruit we learned to drink. ¡Delicioso! Diego, the sous chef supported the entire experience, and there were hugs all around until next time.
