This place is beautiful. The calm and peaceful atmosphere belies the incredible work it must take to run the farm. The talk was fascinating. What a lot this owner has packed into his life. I could have listened to his stories about these amazing horses for days!
Thoroughly recommended.
Ps. Use the insect repellent they kindly provide.

For me Dennis Thompson’s presentation was captivating. Exciting life well lived. If you’re an animal lover you will be jealous of his adventures. The Gypsy Vanner horses are unique one of a kind breed and how they arrived in the U.S. is a fascinating journey. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re in love with every animal on this planet. KERRY DANSON

A well done tour ! Would do again in the future. Loved the story of the journey. A sign out at the road would be helpful on knowing where to turn, since google is out of date

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The horses were so good and beautiful. We loved the history and the tour. I would only recommend separating the museum and gift shop and then bring in tshirts, ornaments or other trinkets for the gift shop

Our visit to the Gypsy Gold Farm was more than we had expected. Speaking with Dennis and hearing about all the trials and tribulations he and Cindy went through to see this dream come to fruition was amazing. He and his current wife are very welcoming to the public and will answer any questions you may have.
The animals are beautiful and fun to feed them treats as well. A must see if you haven't been there.

We did the tour with the history of these beautiful horses. Not knowing anything about these horses it's well worth the time to take the 2 hour tour. I highly recommend this tour.
