Horseback Riding: Ask for Norris for Tour Guide - The staff was very helpful by email and over the phone and with messages through WhatsApp which was very helpful since I couldn’t use my direct line during my stay. We took a horseback riding tour with a party of three. Each of us was given a guide. Out of the three guides, Norris was the most helpful. He made sure to tell me how to position myself on the horse throughout the ride. He made my horse trot (at my request) which was great because just walking the whole time would have been boring for me personally. He even ran along side the horse to make sure to stay with me. Norris clearly cares about the horses, the customers, and the company. He went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The other two guides were nice and friendly but did not get the other two horses to trot which was disappointing for my party members. Still, it was overall a very good experience.
