- ARRIVAL TIME Please note the time selected during checkout is your arrival time, not the hotel pickup time. Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 - 120 minutes prior to this time depending on the hotel location.

1st time excursions - All the men in the ATV group were wonderful. D, Gary and all the people to assist with Dunns Climb were great. All the men and women with Zipline were great. CJ and the other men in the horseback were great. All the women at the check-in process for ATV and Horseback were very rude l, especially Jemilla. Our tour guide was excellent and the driver. I wish I could remember the tour guide name, but she was so nice and polite. The driver was very nice. Overall we had a great time!

Great Day - Our guide Phylicia was fantastic. Learned a lot about the country and everything was a smooth experience. The zip line, waterfall, four wheeler, and horseback ride was great. Bring money for tips.

Fun filled Day - We decided to book an exciting excursion that included horseback riding at the beach, zip-lining, and visiting waterfalls.
Our pick-up from the hotel was right on time as promised during booking, and the driver was friendly and provided us with interesting information along the way. The first activity we did was horseback riding, which was amazing, and our guide Lincoln made the experience even better.
During lunch, which was included in the tour, we enjoyed some delicious rice and peas with jerk chicken. Aisha took over as our guide for the remaining activities, and we appreciated her lively and humorous way of sharing information about the area and the various things we were doing.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this tour. We look forward to using this company again when we come back to Jamaica.

Spectacular - We had an amazing time a real 10 out of 10 we Zipline and ATV and did the catamaran let me tell you the STAFF was top notch they were very helpful always nice they explained the risk for every event a was All around great people I will be back and will recommend this excursion to friends and family 🩷❤️

Waste of lunch - So I have no complaints about the excursions, my issue is with the horrible meal option that you guys have. The food was disgusting, we could only get 1 bottle of water they didn’t even allow me to purchase another bottle. People need more options and you need a better tasting food. To spend a whole day doing activities, over $400 and not even eat my lunch is a waste!

Tour was misrepresented - My husband and I did not partake in this tour. The 1 star is based on customer experience. We were scheduled for an entirely different all-day tour (Mon) with different activities but instead arrived to this site for those cited in this review title. This was mentioned to the driver and he told us to confirm onsite. When we asked about our purchased activities, we were told they were "unconfirmed" and we are now required to do these. Nothing else was explained, the rep onsite just kept stating we were unconfirmed no matter what we asked. It didn't feel like they were even listening or had empathy or effort toward resolve. The only activity matching our purchased tour were ATVs. I cannot drive and I usually ride with my husband. These were single vehicles so we couldn't do this either. Although double seaters were pictured, we can admit fault for not confirming with the agent that dual passenger vehicles were onsite. We refused the activities and asked to be driven back to our resort to consult with the booking agent. Instead, we were told told we had to sit around and wait for the other activities to conclude in 90minutes. This was unacceptable. We had already wasted the morning and possibly afternoon with only 2 days remaining in our vacation. After about an hour the onsite rep was able to secure a ride and we made it back to the resort to consult with the agency. After alot of frustration and a couple more hours of arguing, they agreed to refund the money "before we leave". We checked in the following day (Tues) and were told we would have it by EOB (Wed). It was still not received. Each day we spent at least an additional hour plus waiting for status and resolve to finally receive the refund at midnight on Wed. The resort staff stepped in to help resolve the issue but final resolve was very untimely and inconvenient. We lost 6hrs on Monday and a couple of hours each day around this issue. I do feel there could have been more done to not only provide timely resolve but some kind of concession for all of the time we lost spiraling around this on our vacation. The initial representative from the vacation booking was nice but had no authority to escalate to help resolve this timely. Although they (Deatination Services) are a separate entity from the resort (Riu Ocho Rios), there should be more oversight of their administrative functions since they are allowed to conduct business onsite under their umbrella.
