Our next visit is the globally-acclaimed Dunn’s River Falls, where you’ll get the chance to ascend the 600-foot organic terraced waterfall. Once you’re back on the ship, enjoy the rhythm at our ‘Sail Away Rum Punch Party’ and discover one or two new dance steps on this engaging return journey.

AWESOME!! - I had the most amazing time on the CAT. The team is energetic and fun...this is the best our ever!!

Excellent work - The whole excursion from the boat to the dunes was amazing the crew member on the boat were so pleasantful and also help the guest that couldn’t swim experience snorkeling
The crew members for dunes fall did exceptionally wonderfully helping the guest up the dunes as well great experience all around

FANTASTIC ADVENTURE - My family had a fantastic adventure. The crew of the catamaran was very friendly and engaging with the passengers. We did not snorkel, but enjoyed the falls, partying on the catamaran and lunch at Margaritaville.

Awesome trip but would like floor to boat rinsed once. - Loved the staff on the Catamaran. Chukka was awesome. I do wish they had rinsed the floor off while we were climbing the Falls, it was covered in hair and it would have been nicer to have it rinsed as we were all barefoot.

Bring food and drinks with you! Wear good water shoes with straps. - We were picked up on time from our hotel and taken to the beach club and told to enjoy the shopping until ready to go. We only got to the third shop when we found out the bus left us behind so we had to wait for him to return. Finally got to the dock, boarding was easy. Drinks were free but virgin. Went to snorkel, didn't see many fish. Went to Dunn's without having anything to eat and only virgin drinks. But they were selling food and rum - it was extra. They starve you and only give you virgin drinks so you can spend your money. They had beef patties and if you've never had one, please try them. Dunn's was amazing! The photos where $40 but you only get 11. Finally they provided rum punch and beers as we waited for everyone. We finally got back to the beach club and were fed. Jerk chicken was good but we had to leave right away and once again could not enjoy the shopping!

Fun packed experience - Loved this experience!
We booked via tripadvisor and did the cruise to the Dunns river falls, it was a half day excursion, with an open bar and dancing.
The snorkel stop was good- however we didn’t see no fish!
Pick up at our hotel was punctual and well organised.
Lunch is available to buy on pre order on board.
The boat ride back was very rocky, but so fun as it didn’t stop everyone vibing and dancing.

Best Experience - I love the trip especially the catamaran. The Dunns River I wish I had known you have to climb rocks. It was tough but I wished. I fail ten times got back up and finished the climb.

ASK QUESTIONS - For the amount of money that we paid we feel like things could've been better
1. The boat was small, we actually walked across one of the bigger catamaran boat and got on a smaller one. This company forced atleast 50+ ppl onto this smaller boat and some people didn't even have a place to sit. They had to stand the whole time.
2. Snorkeling is only 30 mins and you will be rushed the entire time prior to entering the water until you get out. They left out the time limit when we bought our tickets.
3. Margaritaville visit: BEWARE you will only be brought here for " lunch" for 30 mins only then you have to leave. They will also tell you that you are not allowed to use the beach or pool at this location. Staff will rush you to eat !
4. They need to figure out a better system for the transportation (way to many people and to many moving parts for the staff to keep up with ) .
Chukka needs to fix some things cz this ain't right. Staff that sold us this excursion did not answer questions fully about every detail.

Terrible service - We were promised a private boat tour and that was not received. Travel agent did not resolve this issue.We were promised a partial refund but was not received. The workers on the boat however were very nice and accommodating
