*Any damage to the ATV/Dune Buggy due to user error will be the responsibility of the driver. Please refer to the waiver for more details.
- ARRIVAL TIME Please note the time selected during checkout is your arrival time, not the hotel pickup time. Hotel pickups commence approximately 60 - 90 minutes prior to this time depending on the hotel location.

Awesome Adventure!!! - Awesome adventure!!! Our first time riding ATVs and it was a blast. Very helpful guides. Made sure we had a great time. Lunch was excellent. Very fresh and delicious. So good we ordered a plate to go. Zipline was good but not great. Dunn's River Falls was great too. Soaking wet but a great time.

Best Last Day of Vacation! - I love love LOVED my experience!
I first did the Zip Line with Shaq & Joel! They were AWESOME!
Ollie was a great guide through the Falls! The videographer was AMAZING!! I had a great time posing for and taking my pics!
The crew at the ATV excursion was FANTASTIC as well! I can’t remember all the gentlemen names! Dwayne & there were two others!!
But my Driver Kenneth!! I LOVE HIM!! I’m so grateful to have met him & learn more about the island from him! I would most certainly request him to be my driver again!

Zipline, Dunn River ATV tour - We had a great time on the tour as a whole. All of our guides were awesome from the zip line guides Duncan and Shaq who were very patient talking me off the ledge literally. To our Dunn River hiking guide to the ATV guides (located at another property) they allowed me to switch from an atv to razor bc I was having difficulties with the throttle. Also the grounds of the Dunn River park were immaculate and well maintained. With that being said I would caution visitors going through the little gift/village area leading out of the Dunn River park the area where you can purchase items. Two of the vendors were aggressive & pushy in their sale techniques, physically placing items in my husband and son’s hands, saying they were “free”, telling them it was a sign of respect to accept them. I felt pressured and extremely uncomfortable with the whole interaction and left us feeling taken advantage of after I gave the $35 for 4 totems. It was an unfortunate end to an otherwise fun day with respectful guides and positive interactions with other employees.

Horrible experience - I went through chukka to book excursion when I went to Jamaica in 2021 and had no issues. But this trip was just ridiculous, I paid for my excursion that’s supposedly supposed to come with free transport. The morning of the excursion I get a call that they won’t be able to get me and my friend because it was only 2 of us and we needed to be a minimum of 4 to get picked up. The worker stated that we would need to pay another $170 for transportation. After going back and forth I paid the extra $170 just to go down to the lobby and see a chukka bus filled with ppl. The driver asked us for our names and said our names were on the list and we could get on the bus just for another worker to come and say that our name shouldn’t be on the list and because of our ATV activity we have to go through private transportation. Which made no sense because the first call I got they told me that my party wasn’t big enough for the free pick up and now they’re telling me that it’s because my atv activity and my other activities chosen for our excursion we needed a private driver. Now that I’m thinking about it I think I was scammed. Now we get to the atv and they told my friend that she can’t ride the ATV due to her license being expired the the only option they can give us is to ride together on one 4 wheel buggy or change the atv activity to horseback riding . No discount, no refund, or deduction from 2 people riding 1 buggy. Just a big rip off and waste of time and money. You’re better off booking through your resort or viator. Never again will I go through chukka if I decide to come back to Jamaica
