Dunns river fulls luminous cove lagoon from Montego bay - We had a private tour with rolando, and he was so much fun and very knowledgeable on the local area. He picked us up and dropped us off with such ease. We felt so safe and nothing was too much trouble! We even took a detour to do some local shopping which we requested. Certainly worth the money and private tour as well.

Early morning is worth getting up for - Noel was a great guide and very helpful. Photos weren’t fantastic and the video was more of an advertisement so not really worth the $40 price tag. Bring your own waterproof camera.

Amazing overall experience from a Jamaican-owned travel company - We cannot recommend this company enough! We had multiple services (Club Mobay, excursion tours, and concierge services). Everyone at the airport helped make the process so easy, so quick, and absolutely no stress. We had been delayed multiple times and they were able to accommodate every change. Omar met us at our resort and helped coordinate the perfect day of excursions and answered all of our questions. Andre picked us up at our resort and kept us safe, checked into our excursions for us, had a clean car, made additional stops per our request. If you are coming to Jamaica and want to have the best stress free vacation then book with Holiday services.

Reggae feeling, dream holiday - In October 2018 (unfortunately it was no longer possible to select above) we had a fantastic holiday in what I consider to be the most beautiful country in the Caribbean, during which we visited almost all of the federal states. Of course, climbing up the waterfall on Dunn's River was also a great experience. You have to visit Bob Marley. The boat trip on the Black River is also worth it. We felt really good there with constant reggae music. It's an indescribable attitude to life. Rainer Preuße

Come nelle favole - The waterfalls are truly fantastic and you cannot miss them. the climb with a guide that we did was beautiful and I would do it again immediately for how beautiful and unforgettable it was. Excellent tour to Dunn River Falls - A fantastic trip with Damion. Picked up up from the hotel vehicle was clean and tidy. Damion gave us a guided tour on the journey pointing out landmarks and interesting facts. When we arrived at the Falls Damion took us in and handed us over to our guide. He then waited and collected us when we had finished. Damion then took us shopping and after visiting the first shop asked us what we were interested in buying ,then took us to a local craft market and went around the market keeping an eye on us when the sellers got a bit lively ! He made us feel very safe in the market it’s not somewhere we would have gone on our own but we were very glad he took us there as we made plenty of purchases! An excellent tour thank you very much and thank you to Omar for arranging it all for us

Holiday Services Great Experience at Dunn’s River Falls!!! - Our tour with Holiday services was amazing. Our driver/tour guide Rolando was exceptional!!! He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and kind. He made sure we understood exactly what our day would consist of and always made sure we felt safe. The vehicle was comfortable, clean and Rolando played the best music on the ride there and back - he even had a TV screen and played music videos! We absolutely loved it. Dunn’s River Falls was awesome! We felt like we really accomplished something and were so thrilled we decided to go! We definitely recommend Holiday Services in Jamaica - Montego Bay. No service, stay away from this company - After having the tour cancelled by the operator and told that it could be rescheduled for 2 days later, we waited at the hotel lobby and they never showed up. No email or anything after I had contacted them several times. Hoping that my money will be refunded. Ended up just taking a taxi and paying the entrance fee on our own, was cheaper that the cost through the tour company. Still going to try and get my money back but we’ll see. Stay away from these guys.
