Great third-party tour option for cruises! - On a Royal Caribbean cruise and booked third-party due to sold out excursions on the cruise. A bit nervous to do so but super-glad we did. It was just a tour for our family of four. Roomy transportation and it was nice to have it tailored to our needs. Our driver was Stewart. Very reliable and gave us great suggestions for lunch and shopping. Went to Blue Hole first and had a wonderful guide TJ. He took pictures for us which was really nice. Had lunch at Linda's which had really amazing Jerk Chicken. Then went to Dunn's Falls where we opted to not have a guide which turned out fine, just missed out on having some take pics for us. Did a bit of shopping and back to the ship in plenty of time. Only recommendation would be for Viator to have a suggested tip amounts for the guides and driver.

Funny story. I usually always travel with a fan. Well this time I forgot it, so once Byron arrived at my resort I had a very strange request lol. One that he said he hasn’t heard In his 20yrs of business. I asked him could he take me to buy a fan, yes a fan bc I get very hot at night. Guess what…. Byron to the rescue! He made sure we stopped and got me a fan before returning to the resort 😊🙌🏾
Thank you so much. You already know anytime i come to Jamaica you will be the only one I call to get us around the town.

Blue hole and Dunns River Falls - Our driver Glendon was awesome. He was on time and provided a very nice experience. He proved local details and some local trivia which was cool. We felt safe with him and would recommend him to anyone who goes to Jamaica!

Wonderful excursion - Wonderful excursion! Getting to the driver was a little sketchy as we walked outside cruise gate and found we had to get to his van parked a bit away. I guess the locals don’t like tour companies coming from other cities. But once we got to the van, our tour guide was great! Very comfortable van. He stopped for water and water shoes.

Perfect trip to Blue Hole and Donna River Falls - What a wonderful trip this was !!!! Jethro and Hudingo took a such great care of us from the very beginning to the very end !!! I would HIGHLY recommend this to all travelers !! The Blue Hole and Donna River Falls is a can’t miss . To have private guides and transportation is the only way to go in Jamaica!! They told us all about the island and made sure we were always taken care of !!!!! I can never thank them enough !!

Awesome experience - Our tour guide Glen was awesome! He was easy going. Flexible with our time constraint (it was just my husband and myself) we felt safe with him. Some of the vendors at Blue Hole and Dunns River were off-putting but that's was no fault to this tour. He was a great driver. If/when we come back we will request Glen again. He knew all the cool places to stop.

Must do in Jamaica!! - We had such a great tour! Our guides were amazing, and helpful! We loved this excursion! Blue Hole will never be forgotten, And Dunn River Falls was so cool, but busy!!

fantastic experience - This was definitely a fantastic experience. Clyde our tour guide made the trip fun and informative recommending places to eat lunch and shop for authentic souvenirs. Dunn falls is a must see even though it is highly commercialized its sheer natural beauty still stands out and its quite an adventure climbing up those rocks. Blue Hole is extremely less commercialized and just as beautiful with much more fun activities such as rope to swing from and caves behind the waterfalls. Highly recommend this tour!

Never Again - The blue whole was awesome and our guide that we had from the blue whole was AMAZING! Trip Started out good. Initially driver( Courtney) friendly. Then about half way it became uncomfortable. He changed and hardly spoke the entire hour an a half back to boat( I was sitting up front next to him). The van almost broke down would not shift and we all were very nervous being stuck on side of road in Jamaica. Especially with all the warnings about Jamaica not being safe. It did not look safe!Once we were safely out of his van and at our port we all agreed that we had become very uncomfortable!
He also tried to make the 5 of us buy $25 towels/ each and took us to a very SHADY TOURIST TRAP Souvenir shop ( back alley behind everything)Higher prices than port area( he said much cheaper) again felt so shady…..uncomfortable and glad it turned out okay.( us getting back safely!) I thought us being in our family being in our own air conditioned van was great until I realized we didn’t feel safe with him anymore and it was just us.
