The best day ever!! - Navar our driver made the experience 100 times better than it already was! He helped us, made us laugh, and gave up great advice! The blue hole amd dunns river falls were such an amazing experience we will never forget!! It was the best day ever! I wish I could give our private driver Navar, and the excursions a 10 star review!! I highly, highly recommend!!

Amazing 5 Star Trip! - We had an amazing trip! Our guide (Peter) was tremendous....patient, friendly, helpful and really made us at ease the entire time. He was waiting for us as soon as we disembarked from the cruise ship and took us back with plenty of time to spare. He left time at the end to take us to a local shopping place with cheaper prices than the port. Can't imagine choosing anyone else for this trip. The guides at Dunn's River Falls (Orville) and the Blue Hole (Javon) were amazing as well. Thanks again for making our family's day a special one!

Perfect! - Navar did a great job! He was punctual and ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire trip. He also treated us to Jamaican Patties and we were able to add on a stop at Dunn's River Falls at no extra cost.

Family day in port - We were a family of 5 (2 adults, and 3 kids) off a cruise ship out of Falmouth. We had Good communication. Pick up was right on time. Transportation was clean and good shape. Our driver, was very nice, answered all our questions, and put us at ease. The experiences at both Dunns River Falls and Blue Hole were wonderful and unforgettable experiences.

Great excursion for our large group - Top notch service from beginning to the end! I booked a tour to Dunn's River Falls for our group of 24 people less than a week before we sailed. Nevar was very accommodating and available to answer all questions in a very timely manner. On the day of our excursion, we had some issues getting off of the boat, but our driver Clive and guide Stacyann were there waiting and extremely understanding. We stopped to shop on the way to the falls. I felt safe the entire time, we were always with Clive and Stacyann. We arrived at the Falls and I met Nevar to pay for our trip. He was very friendly! Stacyann stayed with us during our climb, watching from the stairs. She carried some of our things so as to not get them wet. On the way back to the ship, we stopped off for some local food. Again, Clive and Stacyann made sure we got what we needed and were with us the whole time. I would highly recommend using Ultimate Excursions Tour and Taxi to anyone when in Jamaica! It is a great family owned operation! Thanks again!!

Professional and friendly service .. most importantly right on time - Stacey and Saunders were very professional and on time when we arrived by cruise to Falmouth. They were flexible to what we wanted and adjusted accordingly. We were a group of 20 with kids and babies, they dropped us off at doctors cove and picked us up earlier at our request. They also dropped us off with ample time to catch the ship. Highly recommend their service. Navar also made the time to say hi.

Highly Recommended - My Husband, Niece and I came to Ocho Rios on a cruise. This was the first time I booked an excursion outside of the cruise ship but Navar and Mitzie made the whole experience so smooth! Navar picked us up from the cruise port and took us to Dunns River Falls and the Blue hole. We had so much fun!!! We also tried Beef Patties and Jerk chicken for lunch. Navar was great. He made sure we had a great experience in Jamaica. We will definitely book with them next time we are back!!!! Highly recommended.

Best Honeymoon / birthday trip ever - Navar and his team were literally amazing they made the experience so much better . I booked with him weeks before and he had made a timeline with all the activities we picked , the time we would leave each day , what to bring , how long we will be gone , the amount of cash to bring for each activity , there were no pop up fees whatever he says it’s cost that’s how much it cost . It was a private ride just me and my Husband if the day was 8 hours they stayed on site and never left us they made sure we got their safely and back to our resort safely . He stopped and got us a juicy patty ( the greatest thing ever made omg must try if you go ) . They made sure to give us recommendations and took great care of us , when i got back i wouldn’t use anyone else but them they rock . Thank you again so much from Mrs & Mr Woods

Fun family day! - We book through this company instead of going through the resort. Navar and Ann were so friendly. They were helpful, accommodating, on time and so fun. We loved Blue Hole and Dunn Falls. Both were beautiful and the whole family loved jumping in the water and climbing the falls. We chose not to climb falls with a group and loved taking time to sit in the little pools and explore a little. Thanks for a fun day!
