• Blue Hole - Blue Hole Island Gully.
  Featuring a series of natural limestone pools, the Blue Hole is a hidden treasure that enchants visitors with its stunning azure waters. It promises an exciting adventure: swim in the pools, try cliff-jumping, swing from ropes into the waters, explore a cave, and enjoy a 10-minute hike to the Secret Falls. Facilities include bathrooms and changing rooms, with lockers and lifejackets available for rent. The Blue Hole is not very crowded, especially from mid-morning onwards. The waterfall is best experienced with a tour from Runaway Bay or Ocho Rios, which often includes the option to also visit Dunn’s River Falls or go river tubing.
• White River - White River Tubing
  During the journey to White River Tubing, travelers will have the chance to see some local villages of Ocho Rios.

At the River Tubing site, changing rooms, life jackets, restrooms, and a small snack shop are available.

The excitement begins when participants plunge into a tube equipped with a bottom to start their thrilling ride through rushing rapids and crystal-clear pools of spring-fed water.

This adventure takes place under a beautiful tropical canopy and lush greenery. There is a midway stop where participants can take a breathtaking 10 ft. jump into the water while having their picture taken by the River Tubing staff.

Alternatively, they can relax by the riverside while enjoying a refreshing cold Red Stripe beer or swing over the river on a rope.

River Tubing lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on the time spent at the midway stop. Participants will tube for approximately 1 mile down the White River.
