Exploring with Winston - Winston was a great guide and driver. He got us everywhere safely and gave us so much information along the way. He made our day of excursions very fun and stress free. I would recommend Winston to anyone!

A trip to remember! Will do it again - This trip was amazing. Winston was very engaging, he did not only drive to Ocho Rios but was happy to answer all questions we had about Jamaica and specifically about Ocho Rios. He waited patiently whilst we did our shopping. Inbound definitely recommend the Winston as there will not be a dull moment during your day adventure!

Exceptional, fun and memorable experience!! - Can't say enough good things about Winston. He was so courteous when he reached out the day before our scheduled tour to confirm details and pick up time. He was prompt, very warm and welcoming, so professional, patient, and a very engaging and amazing conversationalist. He made sure we were comfortable and we felt absolutely safe during the entire tour. He was very knowledgeable and clearly loves his job and we absolutely enjoyed touring with him. Please, please ask for Winston when you book your tours, and you'll thank me later. He most certainly contributed to a memorable vacation experience, and I will hands down recommend him for future tours!!

Exceptional Family-Friendly Tour Experience in Jamaica with Winston - This tour was fantastic! From the first interaction, Winston was incredibly kind and helpful. I found him through glowing reviews in a Facebook group and was seeking a safe tour option in Jamaica for my family of nine. Given the negative experiences some have had with independent cruise excursions, I was apprehensive about venturing out on my own. Winston's approachable demeanor from the beginning made the planning process simple. He provided clear instructions for meeting up post-docking and was very accommodating with our preferences. The blue hole excursion itself was phenomenal, with multiple guides ensuring everyone, including my three-year-old, had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Winston to anyone looking for a top-notch Jamaican tour experience.

Wonderful experience, trustworthy tour guide - Absolutely fantastic time in Jamaica ! We have been working with Winston for over eight years. He is the best. Extremely trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and a whole lot of fun. He got us to all of our destinations on time and gave us a lot of tips to make navigating Jamaica. Much easier. Was watching out for us the entire time. His connections make the experiences highly pleasurable. Winston has my highest recommendation if you were planning a trip in the vicinity of the areas he covers.

AMAZING!! - I cannot thank Winston and Maxine enough for the service my friends and I received. We had booked this excursion as our cruise stopped in Falmouth. Winston sent me directions of where to go to find our driver and immediately Maxine (or “mama”), our driver was there with the BEST energy to greet us. Mama Maxine looked after us all day long, sharing history of the landmarks we passed along the way to our activities. She’d drop us off and be waiting for us with a warm smile and hugs as she collected us back after each event. She told us what we’d need to bring for the Blue Hole and tubing and she kept our other belongings safe in the meantime. She treated us as if we were her own family which made saying good bye hard. If I’m ever in Jamaica again, I will for sure be using this service. Thank you Winston and Maxine!

Was not what I was expecting - To start with the directions to meet up for the private transportation was not as easy to find as explained by the tour operator.
When I booked the tour I was not told ahead of time that there was an additional entry fee into the park of $25 per person. So that was an unexpected $125 plus tips.
There was a large amount of garbage and plastic bottles floating in pockets along the river.
I didn’t realize the park was a guided tour only. So we weren’t able to really relax and play in small pools of water for my younger daughter. She was afraid to do the high adventure activities; such as swing from rope and jumping off a high platform above the river. Which resulted in my wife and my young daughter not participating in any of the water activities.
If you like marijuana, love the smell love and to smoking week it this is the place for you. Seems like everywhere we went on the river marijuana was being smoked by someone always in close proximity to us. Even when we tried to walk away and distance our self by sitting on some rocks we had guys intentionally sitting around and smoking weed. We just couldn’t seem to get away from it. It was out in the open. Clearly an advertising ploy to buy some marijuana cigarettes. I when we showed no interest, then they were continually hitting us up to buy marijuana laced brownies. It got old real fast.
It was a beautiful environment minus all the trash floating in the water. Could’ve been so much better if we’ve been free to go our own pace and do our own thing. Definitely wasn’t what I was expecting. Overall, very disappointed.
