IT'S A BLAST! - We live in Naples, FL and have soooo much fun entertaining friends and family on this Everglades National Park Boat Tour! The pontoon is a smooth ride across shallow water with one long padded bench seat running along the railing. Center is wide open - great for watching dolphins and snapping pics! Lots of birds and dolphins every time! PLUS the occasional manatee and/or turtle often stick their head out of the water. WOW!

Enjoyable tour - Captain/Guide was knowledgable and humorous, making the trip entertaining. We saw dolphins and nesting osprey and learned a bit about the history of the area.

Just OK for what I expected - Boat ride was fine-saw a few dolphins-expected to go further out to Gulf. Did Swamp Buggy ride as well. That wasn't very impressive.

Awesome - We had an awesome time. While not seeing an alligator which was no biggy, we learned a lot about the Everglades and got to see the Gulf. Saw a dolphin chasing a pelican for entertainment.

Great trip for all ages! - Our family of 5, with 11, 8, and 4 year old, had a great time. Perfect length, sights, and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get out on the water!

Fun and interesting tour of the Everglades - Really enjoyed the tour. While there was not a lot of wild life, other than a group of very entertaining dolphins, the areas cruised were absolutely beautiful. The Everglades are amazing. The cruise personnel were very knowledgeable and entertaining as well.

Great experience - This was an educational and entertaining boat trip. The captain and first mate shared a lot of history about the area. They kept an eye out for wildlife and were able to maneuver the boat so that all passengers could get a good view. This was a good value for the cost.

Great little tour, and affordable. - For a short sight-seeing trip, we saw a lot of wildlife and unique scenery. It was reasonably priced, and I recommend it.

Not worth money, especially when you are double-charged - The trip itself is very much dependent on pure luck, what animals you could see. We saw some glimpses of dolphins, plus ospreys and pelicans. Not too much, as for a 1 and 1/2 hour boat trip. The worst part was about the booking process - we made a mistake while booking and chose the same day instead of the next one. I have realized that just after completing the payment online. For the whole day I tried to contact this company (few unanswered phone calls, left voice-mail message, sent an email) asking for a transfer of booking to the next day. I got no answer, reply, even though the automated voice-mail system assured that they will call back. So, I booked the trip for the next day, hoping to get this double-charging sorted out on the spot when we arrive. Unfortunately, what I learnt on the spot was that if I accepted the terms, I could not be refunded the double charge, and they did not answers my efforts to contact them because “they were busy”. To me it was a bad experience on how poor the customer care can be. So, if you still want to book the boat trip there, make sure you make no mistake, as this will be fully exploited.
