The guided journey on the Lower Yough covers a distance of 7.5 miles, navigating through 22 rapids of class II to IV. Absorb the untouched charm of the valleys and crests in Ohiopyle State Park. The guides facilitate entertainment, guidance, and help during this 5-hour adventure. Arrangement for return transportation to the checking point is also included.

- Please note: for warm summer days casual clothing (shorts/t-shirts) and footwear that is secure on your feet (water shoes, tennis shoes, or sandals that strap on) are recommended
- Please note: for cooler or rainy days a nylon windbreaker or spandex/lycra material are recommended

Must visit while in PA! - We had a great time! It was my 2 friends and I’d first time white water rafting and we had a blast! Definitely recommend!!

Father/Daughter Time - Great first whitewater rafting trip with my 11yo daughter. Pat, our guide, was excellent! I will bring my younger daughters back when they are ready.

Pat was an amazing guide, and he really knew how to handle his raft. Lucas was also funny and informative. - Pat did an amazing job taking us down the river. He really knew how to handle the raft and have a great and enjoyable time..

The BEST white water rafting! - Literally the best time I've ever had! Our guide JD was awesome!! Couldnt have asked for a nicer person! Ethan and Lucas ( the other guides) were awesome too! Friendly, funny, and knew what they were doing. Really seemed to love their job and put everyone's safety first! Will definitely go back! So much fun!!! Highly recommend!

White water fun on a beautiful river - Great trip on a beautiful river! We had a great time with the Class III and IV rapids and jumping rock. Jetta was a great guide (go Jetta for getting us through the shallow waters!) I would highly recommend. My 17 year daughter and I had a great time.

Fantastic! Had a blast!!! - We were a little nervous, being in our 70’s! But Ryan Roby made us fill safe and relaxed! I was amazed the way he knew that river and rapids, he always knew exactly when to paddle and when to just ride it out!! He’s s very personable and very good at his job! Perfect day on a great river - Fantastic day on the river. Our guide, Pat, was terrific – led us on a smooth ride through a really lovely river, and got us super excited to try the Upper Yough when we can! The setting is stunningly beautiful, the water was perfect, and the river section is kind of a loop, so the check-in is very close to the put-in, and the ride from the put-in back to the parking lot is ALSO quite short, which is no bad thing considering that the bus ride is the least fun part of a rafting trip. Great time all around.

Best trip ever! - I go with a big group every year and it’s always the best week of the year! the river is always so much fun, and our raft guides and all of the people that help our trip go smoothly are a big reason we keep coming back! big thank you to jim. also a big thank to our fabulous raft guides tommy, Noah, Lucas, Zach, Jessie, Justin, Ben and Andy!

Fun But - We had a great time!
Although our guide said she was new (2 years) and it just seemed like all the other rafts was doing “tricks” and jus doing alittle bit more vigorous so i feel like we missed out on stuff. She was great other wise. Gave us a lot of information and was a good time.
