Beautiful Ohrid - Our driver, Robert was very helpful and friendly offering a very enjoyable overall experience. Our tour guide in Ohrid was Ivana who was super friendly and informative. She provided all the information about the places we visited and answered all the questions we had about the country and it's history. Ohrid is a beautiful place with lots of history.

Highly recommend - Professional set-up with great communication. Our driver Miki was great, answered questions and played music for the roughly three hour drive. He stopped and provided us with a local snack on the way. Ohrid was incredibly beautiful. The local guide Martina took us around to several churches, the fort at the top of the hill, and a boat ride on the lake. We then had two hours of free time, which we used to go swimming, before meeting up with Miki and heading back to Skopje. Highly recommend!

Unique - We have never had such a perfect and personal tour! Our generous tour guide, Zlatko, was completely accommodating to our needs. He shone with his in-depth knowledge and was able to tell us many interesting facts about Ohrid and the lake. Ohrid is a beautiful city with many historic buildings. We were even able to take a short boat trip (about 10 minutes) and enjoy the view of the city from the lake. Lunch in the restaurant right on the lake, which Zlatko recommended to us, was delicious. We were even able to enjoy this wonderful place for an extra hour after he asked us if we had any other plans for the evening. The tour was worth every euro and we can recommend it without reservation!

Highly recommended - Without a doubt, Ohrid is a must if you decide to visit Macedonia. Spectacular views and some very surprising tourist attractions. Very grateful to Naumka and Kristijan for the treatment received. The truth is that we ended up very satisfied with the guided tour.

Excellent way to spend a sunny day - Despite a long drive from Skopje to Ohrid, this trip is definitely worth the hours spent driving. The road through the mountain provides some spectacular views and our driver, Miki, was extremely knowledgeable about the region, filling us in about the history and culture which made the almost 3-hour car ride feel much shorter. He was also incredibly kind, providing us with water and Herba mints as part of the experience. We also stopped for coffee at the half-way point at the top of the mountains. In Ohrid, we met our tour guide Martina. Since it was a private tour, she was able to tailor the trip to better meet our specific interests and did a great job of keeping up with our speedy meander around an incredibly picturesque city. While you don't have to go into all the churches/sites on the tour, just be prepared for additional entrance fees at some of the churches and at the fortress where you will need to pay in cash (cheaper in denar). Also be sure to go in good shoes as the trek up to the fortress might otherwise be a little difficult. We opted not to take the boat ride (quite expensive for the time on the water) and weren't disappointed in our choice to walk back to the city center along the lake shore. We opted for 90 minutes of free time but this was barely long enough for lunch. On sunny days, the lake-side restaurants are packed and service was slow so make sure you have enough time for lunch and self-exploration of the city. I wish we'd taken a bit more time for ourselves here as lunch felt a little rushed and we didn't have any time to stroll down the main market street before heading back to Skopje.

Quick visit to pleasant Ohrid - Perfectly organized day trip to beautiful Ohrid. The driver, Dragan, was super polite, friendly, and always on time. There are many crazy drivers in these roads, but Dragan was very careful and cautious, making this trip a safe experience. Once we arrived to Ohrid, a local guide provided a very lively and enjoyable tour of the old town. Plenty of historical facts and walking on this part of the day was nicely rewarded with some time off for eating and wondering around this town.

Ohrid was amazing and Ivana was the best tour guide! - Ohrid was beautiful. Our driver was polite, helpful and informative. Our tour guide Ivana was fantastic, very knowledgeable, passionate, enthusiastic and very funny. She made it the best day of our holiday. Ohrid is well worth the visit.

The lovely trip old town of Ohrid - One of my favourite tours in Macedonia was a full day tour to Ohrid old town and lake with our professional and friendly guide Ms. Naumka who escorted us around the old town and showed us all historical sites and landmarks in city and took us to the best view points for photography. She also recommended a very good restaurant to try Ohird trout and Cake which turned to be so delicious and worth it. She attracted our attentions to so many details in the city and took us though hidden secrets routes and shortcuts to discover and experience best views and pathways.

First trip to Ohrid, Macedonia from Japan - The both guide(Ms.Naumka) and driver(Ms.Dance) were fantastic. They answered any questions that I had about Macedonia and Ohrid. The guide let me follow the best route and took a beautiful pictures with nice views. The driver drives very gently and told me the nice place to visit even after we came back to Skopje. It was my first time to join private tour, but I really enjoyed it!

Great driver, knowledgeable tour guide and plenty of time, if requested, to enjoy the area on my own after the forma Poe - Great driver (felt safe and trip was comfortable and enjoyable) and knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Highly recommend!
