Monastery of Saint Naum - The village of Saint Naum is full of interesting sights to be seen, such as the beach, green mountains, little shops, restaurants, bars, hand crafted statue’s and of course the Monastery itself. Here you will have the opportunity to learn about all the ancient mysteries dwelling this place and the origin of the Cyrillic writings. While walking around you will welcomed by peacocks who have made this place their home.
The highlight of the day will definitely be the rowing boat tour over the springs of the Black Drim. Our most beloved and sold excursion starts from the harbor of Ohrid. On calm lake water the boat will bring you to the Island of Saint Naum. The wonderful view along the road is full of gems, like the ‘Bay of Bones’, idyllic fishing villages and historical buildings.
