Best Tour in Greece!! - This was by far the best tour I have ever been on! And not just because of Santorini's beauty, it was mainly because we had Marcos as our tour guide! With his infectious positive personality and great sense of humor Marcos instantly made us all feel as if we were a part of his family. He is extremely likable and it was just an absolute pleasure to be around him for a day. Marcos is also extremely knowledgeable about the history of Santorini as well as the rest of Greece, he did not leave a single one of our questions unanswered (and trust me we asked A LOT)! If you are going to do anything in Santorini I cannot recommend adding Marcos into your trip enough!

One day in Santorini with many choices, hit a bulls eye with Markos - Markos brought energy, charisma, humor, and vast knowledge during our tour with him. He is passionate about showing you the best of Santorini. He blends getting to know you with getting to know about him and his family very genuinely. He cares about your experience and making sure you don't leave anything but 5 stars (haha). He earned them.

A fun day out in a beautiful place - We booked a 4 hour tour with Markos from "I am Santorini" he was warm and friendly right from the get go. Nothing was too hard and it was completely our day to tailor to our liking. His knowledge of the island was comprehensive. His car was a new model, clean and safe. We all left as good friends and i would recommend him for any tour you would like to do anywhere in Santorini.

Unforgettable! - We cannot begin to tell you how much we recommend hiring Markos if you plan to visit Santorini. It was the highlight of our trip. Markos was recommended to us by friends who had recently visited, and we were not disappointed. From the second you meet Markos; you immediately know he’s going to take care of you and make your day special. My wife worked with Markos prior to arriving to see if he could arrange a tour for a group of 12. He made it easy securing a beautiful Mercedes van that could accommodate us easily and comfortably. We started our day with a walking tour of the small town Oia which included eating gelato at Lolita’s, a must do when you are there. Markos then took us to his home village away from all the iconic areas of Santorini to show us the true culture of Santorini life. It was quiet and peaceful, and it gave Markos time to educate us in the history of Santorini and how people actually live there on the island. He gives a lot of insight into his life and his family. This really gave us a great understanding of Greek culture and what it’s like to live in Greece. It was very special. After the tour of his village, he took us to the ruins of Akrotiri, which was extremely interesting and educational. After this, our group was hungry and VERY thirsty. Markos did not disappoint! He had already prearranged for us to visit a local restaurant on the black sand beaches of Santorini. The people at the restaurant were expecting us and we were provided VIP service during the entire experience, we were treated like rock stars. The setting could not have been better. Be sure to have Markos recommend some wines. The wines from Santorini are the best. After lunch we were taken back to the town of Fira which was a great place to end our tour. Markos, we personally want to thank you again for creating an experience for us and our friends that we will not forget. Your enthusiasm, your passion, your love for your family and for what you do every day to bring a little joy into someone’s life is truly special. Fun day! - We had a wonderful time with Markos. He shared numerous stories, fun facts and the history of Santorini. We had the best gelato in Oia and an amazing lunch on the beach. We explored a small town away from the busier tourist spots. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Markos.

Best tour of our 2 week trip!! - We LOVED this tour and highly recommend it to anyone going to Santorini! Marcos is very knowledgeable about Santorni & it’s history. He’s quite personable & fun to be around. We were able to experience local neighborhoods, along with typical tourist sites. Markos also took us to a local Greek beach restaurant that had excellent food with a beautiful view! We can’t say enough good things about this tour… you absolutely must choose this one while in Santorini!!

Best ever Santorini tour - Booking direct on I am Santorini was easy. All tours were explained. We chose the Taste of Everything. Markos messaged me the day before to confirm pick up. Markos makes the tour, he is passionate, knowledgeable and fun. He goes beyond what we expected, taking us to places of interest and hidden gems on the island. I would definitely recommend this tour, plus he does other tours too.
