Highlights
  • Oia - Our usual first stop is the picturesque village of Oia, a place of unmatched beauty and tranquility. Built on the slope of the Caldera, it is truly the quintessence of what Santorini has to offer: glorious skies meeting endless blue seas, traditional Cycladic houses along idyllic footpaths and an entirely immersive atmosphere – a generously rewarding experience for the visitor.

  • Firostefani - Another stop on this tour is Firostefani, the ‘crown of Fira’. Taking its name from its elevated position, this settlement is blessed with truly breathtaking views of the island. This location is also home to the Blue Domed Church, a prominent icon of the island of Santorini.

  • Megalochori - Traditional Village - The authentic old settlement of Megalochori, the ‘big village’, awaits visitors with its warm and inviting atmosphere. Dating back to the 17th century, it is one of the most picturesque villages of the island featuring historical mansions with inner courtyards, traditional architecture and pirate hideaways.

  • Emporio - And how can someone not visit Emporio. Once the center of commercial activity, it is the largest settlement of Santorini with a definite medieval flavor and well-preserved traditional houses. The heart of the village boasts Emporio Kastelli, the best-preserved castle on the island. Enjoy a walk through the charming narrow streets and don’t forget to visit the churches.

  • Perissa Black Sand Beach - Black Beach, or Perissa, is actually the end of the long black sand beach of Perivolos and, it is the busiest and most famous beach in Santorini. After enjoying the clear waters and impressive black sand, we shall try the local specialties available at the many seaside restaurants.

  • Red Beach - Standing true to its name, the distinctive Red Beach features a remarkably imposing odd formation of red volcanic rock dramatically contrasting the magnificent blue of the sea – a truly unique sight to behold.

  • Akrotiri Archaeological Site - Here is one of the most significant prehistoric settlements of the Aegean. Akrotiri had developed into a major city before it was covered in ash by volcanic eruptions. However, the ash has preserved structures and their contents allowing the visitor to marvel at this wonder of antiquity.

  • Venetsanos Winery - The island is also famous for its wine-making tradition. This private tour makes a stop at Venetsanos Winery and allows the visitor to seize the opportunity to try the splendid local varieties Santorini is famous for.

  • Wine Museum Koutsogiannopoulos - The museum is truly one of a kind: a 300-meter labyrinth shaped cave, 8 meters under the ground, it is an exhibition of the history of local wine and the life of vine-growers since 1660! A wealth of artefacts, images and representations will take the visitor on an amazing journey through the history of winemaking in Santorini.

  • Ιερά Μόνη Προφήτου Ηλία Θήρας - Perched on the summit of the highest mountain of the island (600 meters above sea) and dating back to 1711, it is a place of great historical interest and indeed a rewarding one in terms of stunning views beyond description.

  • Imerovigli - At about 300 meters above sea level, Imerovigli is very often referred to as the “balcony of the Aegean” and it definitely lives up to this name by offering a most spectacular view of the Aegean sunset. Other highlights are the many churches in typical Cycladic architecture, especially the church of Ai-Stratis and the Monastery of St. Nikolaos, as well as Skaros Rock which features the remains of a medieval fortress.

  • Pyrgos - Pyrgos Village exhibits all the magic of Santorini and trademark panoramic views of both sides of the island but also retains features of the Venetian rule. The traditional Cycladic houses and paths surround the old Venetian castle, offering the best of both worlds and making Pyrgos Village a place not to be missed.

  • Santorini - Please keep in mind that this tour is customized and that there will be approximately 5 stops in the five hours tour. Great experience - This was a great tour. We got to see a lot of the island and sites and we dodged a lot of the lines because it was just us. Costas was a great guide and knew a ton about the island and its history. It was also hot as he'll, so being in an air-conditioned van was awesome. I'd definitely recommend this tour

The best way to tour the island is Kostas way - Kostas, or Constantine, our guide was awesome! We went on a cruise and decided not to book a tour through the cruise and hired this company for a private tour. Kostas was so knowledgeable and educational. He drove us through the popular places, but also customized our tour to our interests. He set the bar really high for future destinations. He was so welcoming and friendly that it made us want to learn more about this beautiful island. I definitely recommend hiring this company, and if you're lucky enough to have Kostas, enjoy the amazing treat of his knowledge and sightseeing.

Private tour of Santorini - What a great tour with our excellent guide, Kostas! We saw so many beautiful areas of Santorini that we would never have found on our own! He also took us to an amazing little restaurant for an authentic Greek lunch. I can’t recommend this tour enough! Wonderful day.

A great way to tour Santorini - Our tour guide Jenny was fantastic. She took us to the top sites across the island while also showing us lesser known areas that were very interesting. Her passion for Santorini was infectious as she shared many historical facts with us between tour stops and provided interesting nuggets of information during the walking portions. She kept the tour at our pace and knew how to schedule the stops to avoid large crowds. This was one of the few times I can say that a tour exceeded our expectations. It is well worth the cost for this private tour.

She's very friendly and accommodating, and her pride of Santorini made us even more excited about our experience there. Her familiarity with Santorini is greatly appreciated as she took us to a couple places away from the tourist crowds to get a better feeling for Santorini and some amazing views. Thanks for a great experience and helping us truly enjoy our short visit to Santorini.

Great private tour - Our tour guide Eugenia (Jenny) was very friendly and took us to some great spots. She gave us great info of the island. I recommend hiring a private car. It’s air-conditioned and easier than a bus.

Good tour guide but be careful of office staff - The tour itself was good, thanks to our guide Costa who did a fantastic job. However, please do watch out suggestions made by office staff of tour operator. They might give you nonsense suggestions but they didn’t take responsibility of they said. Please do watch!!!
