- Oia - First, travel to the northern part of the island and visit the well-known village of Oia. Oia, with its picturesque blue-domed churches and breathtaking panoramic views, is one of Europe’s most photographed places and a must-see.
- Megalochori - Leaving from the north, drive through steep hills and dry grassland to reach Megalochori, another traditional village in the island’s center. Feel free to stroll the narrow pathways and take photos of the beautiful tiered bell towers along the way. Hundreds of tiny whitewashed houses with graceful architecture, beautiful blue-domed churches, and underground cave dwellings make up this settlement. You will learn about local culture and lifestyle in this picturesque and non-touristic setting.
- Akrotiri Lighthouse - Travel southwest to the Lighthouse. It was built in 1892 and is regarded as one of the best of its kind in the Cycladic Islands, as well as an excellent place to watch the sunset. Walk around it on the cliffs or sit on the rocks by the sea. A significant number of surrounding islands may be visible on a clear day.
- Red Beach - Then, travel to Santorini’s most famous beach, Red Beach, a unique natural phenomenon, and capture breathtaking images of the volcanic scenery and reddish cliffs.
- Perivolos Beach - After a ten-minute drive, arrive at the island’s southernmost point and relax on Perivolos’ black beach, which features fantastic seaside restaurants and crystal clear waters. You will have time to walk, swim in the Aegean Sea, and eat lunch at a seaside Greek restaurant while you are here (not included).
- Monastery of Profitis Ilias - Back on the minivan, driving through vineyard-filled terrain, you’ll reach the island’s highest point, the monastery of Prophet Elias, at 565 meters above sea level. Sip some wine and sample local products made by the monks who live in this old monastery built in 1711 while admiring the panoramic views of the entire island.

Best ILand tour with Dimitris - We had an amazing time with Dimitris!!! We asked him to take us, to the best places that a tourist probably couldn't find.... And we visited the hidden gems of the island!!! It's like your knowledgable and funny friend, guides you through the island!!!

Argyris is amazing’ - Argyris (Archie) was the most amazing guide for our day in Santorini. He is local and knows every corner of Santorini. From the “must sees” (but without the tourist trap lines) to the “you absolutely have to see” because he just knows and loves this island. You can’t do it all in 6 hours but he made every minute count and felt like a family member by the end of the day. Knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. He made our day in Santorini unforgettable!

Beautiful Santorini - We had an amazing tour with Archie! We enjoyed all of it, from the smooth pickup to Oia, the nice little town and the beaches. Cannot recommend it more than this to anyone visiting Santorini! Thank you!

Wonderful guide - Our guide Yiannis was great! Very patient as well, Since our tender from our cruise ship to the poor was very long. We reached him 1.5 hours late. He still made sure we hit the highlights of the island that we wanted to see. Very knowledgeable.

Super private tour of Santorini - We booked Argyris (Archie) for our tour of Santorini based on the online reviews he received for his tours. We definitely were not disappointed. We travel throughout the world on a frequent basis and hire private tour guides wherever we go. In the opinion of my 14 year old, Archie was the best guide we have had. He was informative, knowledgeable, attentive and very personable as he guided us through our tour. Archie's communication was excellent, he covered the highlights of the island, along with giving us choices for what we would prefer to see. We highly recommend him to others for their tours!

Argyris The Great - Six of us booked a Santorini Must See & Wine Tasting Tour with Argyris (Archie)....he was FABULOUS!
(Unfortunately, our tour was cut short by a few hours due to issues between Norwegian cruiselines & the local tender service....NOT at all his fault).
Argyris was patient & waited for us at the top of the cable cars for 2+hours! (Some of our party took the donkeys up & recommend that). Archie made the most of our limited time in Santorini by taking us to amazing photo spots in Oia, a quick wine tasting at Gavalas & stopped for amazing chicken gyros. He provided cold water on the HOT day during our walk too. He had great communication throughout the entire process via WhatsApp. He speaks English well, has a great sense of humor & is knowledgeable about the area & wine. We highly recommend him & will refer to our friends!

Picture Perfect Day - Argryis was the perfect tour guide. He was recommended by my sister who had a tour with him 2 years ago. He was very clear in his communication prior to our visit and planned the perfect itinerary for our family with adult children. He customized it to our preferences and the winery was a surprise highlight. I cannot imagine a more perfect way of touring this iconic city.
