It was a great experience and I was able to see the island in a new way. Amil is an excellent guide!

Booked this West Coast tour thinking some of it would be through back roads in town and a relaxing ride on the beach. Description says wind in your hair as you ride down the beach. Not so. The only beach “tour” we had was when we stopped for a few minutes at the public parking for Carlisle bay to learn about the shipwrecks. The entire trip was on busy roads, round a-bouts, and through the middle of Bridgetown. Our group of 4 was getting separated by cars, buses and vans cutting us off. I was looking for relaxing scenic views and spent the whole time watching traffic and avoiding potholes. My teenage children loved the e-bikes. They say 5 stars. I give 3 because the bikes were fun; however, not the relaxing tour I was expecting. Bring a backpack to carry extra batteries even if you book a tour that isn’t listed as a 2 battery tour. Respect the intermediate level. I think it means you have ridden on an e-bike in traffic before, not that you are a good bicyclist.

The bikes were in "okay shape", but one did not have brakes, and we had to really push the guide to exchange his bike for ours. But we really saw almost nothing. It was 2 1/2 hours dodging cars in heavy traffic. We were also told we would be going snorkeling, but apparently the guide didn't know about that, so called the boss and he said to give us an hour at the beach, but there was no snorkel equipment at the beach to use or rent. The worst excursion we've ever taken.

Worst tour I have ever taken! Brakes on bike were broken and despite staff knowing about it they still sent me out and said they would fix it at first stop, but they did not!!! Within the first 5 minutes I crashed into someone in our group because the brakes did not work properly!!! Tour leaders were VERY unfriendly and not pleasant or helpful! We were lied to about what was included in the tour. We were supposed to stop at the beach to snorkel. The tour guides told us they had no idea that was supposed to be part of the tour and had no equipment available. We rode the bikes through heavy traffic for over 2 hours on terrible roads with tons of pot holes and large chunky patches on the pavement through some very rough neighborhoods. The only scenic stop was Carlisle bay which was beautiful but we only got to stop for photos. When we complained later in the tour they brought us back to the bay but there was no plan in place for us to snorkel (remember they “didn’t know” it was supposed to be part of the tour) so we took our shoes off and got our feet wet in the ocean but that was all we were able to do. Finally at that point I had had it with my bike and one of the leaders checked my bike and agreed that my brakes were broken and switched bikes with me ( we were already approximately 3/4 way through the “tour” before they actually did anything about my broken bike!!! My 16 yr old daughter mentioned about half way through the tour that her battery was running low and they got mad at her and told her that she needed to lower the setting and petal more even though she was riding her bike at exactly the same setting as the rest of us and our batteries were fine. Then they said they didn’t have a back up battery with them and had to re direct the tour. All in all it was a terrible experience. Then to top it off they wouldn’t let us call the taxi driver that brought us to the bike place in a very nice 13 passenger van for $50. They made us take their taxi back and despite knowing that we were a party of 5 (4 adults and one teenager) they crammed us into a car designed to hold a total of 5 people max and my daughter had to sit on my lap! We were squished like sardines in the car and they charged us $60 and claimed that the taxi drives are fixed price! This tour was a 100% rip off!!! I would NEVER recommend this tour. A one star rating is far to high!!
