Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, you will engage in crafting traditional homemade pastas from Sardinia, such as malloreddus, culurgiones or ravioli, with a variety of seasonal fillings.
- Malloreddus: Commonly referred to as gnocchetti, these thin, striped shell-shaped pastas are made from semolina flour and water. They can be savored with various types of sauces, typically paired with meat sauce and a hearty dose of grated Sardinian pecorino cheese.
- Culurgiones: Resembling ravioli, these stuffed pastas are a gastronomical delight from Ogliastra in Eastern Central Sardinia, usually filled with potatoes, pecorino cheese, and mint.
The workshop spans roughly 2:30 hours.
A tasting session of the dishes crafted during the workshop follows, accompanied by water, wine, fruit, traditional Sardinian sweets, digestifs, and coffee, lasting approximately 1 hour.
